I love these pants, I use them for training purposes because generally speaking I wear nothing but long pants around the house, so I use these pants like I said only for outdoor activities and training. There are no drawbacks, I like the double layeredness of it and the overall quality is quite sturdy. You just need to understand that if you put a cell phone in the pocket when you run, it's going to jump up and down so it's not recommended to put anything in the pockets that is even remotely heavy so for example something heavier than a bank note - no exaggeration here. Other than that, if you're medium I would recommend going with large otherwise there will be a high probability that it will be too tight for you around your waist. I had that misfortune so to speak and I had to order all of them all over again but in large while I threw away the mediums I bought.

I recently purchased the Surenow Men's 2 in 1 Running Shorts, and overall, I'm quite pleased with my purchase. These shorts offer a fantastic combination of comfort, water resistance, and an excellent fit that makes them stand out. However, there's one minor drawback that I couldn't overlook. Let's start with the positives. These shorts are incredibly comfortable. The fabric feels soft against the skin and fits like a glove, providing ample support without feeling too tight. I appreciated the quick-dry feature, especially during longer runs, as it kept me feeling fresh and dry even on hot, sweaty days. The water resistance is a definite plus. I've worn these shorts in light rain and found that they repel moisture quite effectively, keeping me relatively dry. This feature adds versatility to these shorts, allowing me to wear them in various weather conditions. Here's the downside: the inner liner pocket isn't suitable for holding a phone while running. I attempted to slip my phone into the pocket, but it felt awkward and uncomfortable during my run. The pocket size and positioning made it challenging to secure my phone without it bouncing around, which was a bit frustrating. If you're planning to carry a phone while running, you may need to use an additional armband or waist belt.

These are my new favorite shorts. I bought four pairs at 14$ a piece during Prime Day but would easily pay the sticker price if I had to. They look great, feel comfortable. I have never tried the 2in1 shorts before but these bad boys made me a believer. Have already recommended them to a few of my friends that enjoy running/hiking/exercising. Only improvement would be if the pockets had zippers so you could keep items in your pockets secure.

They are great running shorts and they fit well. However, when you put the phone in the leg pocket, the fabric isn’t tight enough to keep the phone from moving on the run. I’m also hella skinny so like I know that plays into it so you can roll them up to fix it. I would defo buy again!

Pros: Not really baggy and the compression piece for phones is very reliable. Lightweight Strong material that can stand my portable washer/dryer Cons: I’m actually struggling to find something to knitpick. The only thing, which is scrapping the bottom of the barrel is if I wear them all day. The compression piece will make my thighs chafe because they are kind of hairy. Overall: really good shorts to workout in or to wear casually. I use them in the gym, my phone stays in place when I run 5 miles, and they don’t disrupt my grappling when I go to Jiu-Jitsu or Boxing

I was looking for shorts I could wear for kayaking / swimming and fell in love with these at first sight. I'm 6'6", 185lbs and a size Large fits me perfectly. There's not the slightest bit of slack or need for adjustment in the waist, and the length is plenty long enough. The design of these 2-in-1 shorts is practical but stylish, form-fitting but not immodest. My only reservation is the crotch seam, which feels like it'd split after enough squats, but I imagine it'll be more than durable enough for other activities. They look great, feel great and time will tell how well they hold up.
