This chair is comfortable and is quite sturdy. Up and down works smoothly and stays in place. Leaning back takes a bit of an effort since it’s new and stiff. It took about 20 minutes to unpack the box and the pieces. I put it together in less than 45 minutes. These old eyes needed a magnifying glass to read to fine print directions. Completely assembled by myself. I could have used another set of hands to install the back to the seat and arms. Quality appears good for the price point. Satisfied with my purchase.

Finally. A desk chair I like!! This is a solid build and the leather has elasticity to it, and shouldn't crackle over time. I've been through Oh, 3 chairs now, which fail for various reasons. I think I shall be happy with this one for many years. If there's one downside: The seat is a bit tall. The armrests won't likely go under your desktop, but butt against it.

I'll start out with something so simple yet so unexpected. Installation was easy, followed the directions and like others have suggested I waited to tighten all the screws tightly after everything was put together. This chair came with a T-handle hex key (allen wrench) that had a nice gripping handle. Not your normal cheesy tiny hex key that you cuss at with each turn. I have never ordered something requiring installation which one of these were included. Cuddos to the manufacturer for thinking about their customers! The chair has a nice high back and the seat is nice and wide. I would give comfort a score of 10 out of 10. I am a medium size built woman that sits long periods of time sewing so this chair is perfect for me. I will be ordering a 2nd one for my other sewing station and my husband said it fits him well too. Both back and seat have plenty of cushion and the leather is super soft! The lumbar area gives nice support. After assembly I noticed a small slit in the arm leather. I was so upset because I did NOT want to disassemble and pack it all back up, load it and take it to the post office to exchange for another one. What a hassle! So instead I contacted the seller/manufacturer direct. Honestly, I did not expect to hear back from them or get much help since it is sold through Amazon. I expected that if I did hear back they would tell me to return it to Amazon where I had purchased it. To my surprise they replied in 2 days and offered to send me a replacement arm. I received my package a few days later. Now that's what i call superior customer service! An excellent chair from and excellent company! We will also be replacing our office chairs because of how happy I am with it. Hats off to Sweetcrispy for making my life a little easier and a lot more comfortable.

I'm 5'11'' tall. The head rest cushion sits too low and pushes in on my upper back just below the shoulders. This causes neck fatigue and back discomfort. Assembly was simple, but somewhat exhausting if using the included T-handle allen wrench. The arms are designed of thin, skeletal structure plastic. The slightest lateral force will flex the arms and back piece, likely causing premature failure at the screw points. The bonded leather is tacky, which leads me to believe it will flake off with minimal use (yet to be seen). I bought this chair to replace an office chair I've been using 15+ years. If not for the vinyl finally tearing on the old chair, I'd still be using it as it is still more comfortable than this Sweetcrispy chair. The seat cushion on this chair is just as flat and hard as that on my old chair that has been crushed by my rear-end for over 15 years. Lastly, I bought this chair with the impression it locks at 135, 120, and 90 degree angles, as pictured. It only locks at 90 degrees. You get what you pay for I suppose and lesson learned not to buy a chair without first sitting in it.
