I have really enjoyed this chair. The assembly isn’t bad at all, until time to attach the back and arms. I could’ve used an extra set of hands, but I propped it on a chair and filing cabinet, and finagled it. Because of the color, I laid a sheet down on the floor to assemble, and I didn’t get any scratches or skids on it. I know this is not a lifetime investment, but for now, the chair is sturdy and feels reliable. Tightening the screws every few months is recommended and necessary. I sit for about 6-8 hours a day in it, and the chair is quite comfortable. I am a little bigger than an average woman, with large thighs, and I fit nicely in the seat, and I haven’t had any back or hip pain. I’m 5’ 5”, and for me, this chair doesn’t go down far enough. But I use a foot prop pillow thing to elevate my feet, and that works great for me. This is a very good alternative to a “criss cross” chair. I love that it’s wider than one of those, has a high back, and the arms come up. The arms and color were what sold me on this chair. Having a chair that goes under my desk was a must. I despise a chair that I have to move around just to get to other things. It has a nice recline and rocking, but you should read the directions, so you’ll know how to adjust the settings. And mine isn’t noisy or squeaky. I have nothing bad to say about this chair, and I would definitely recommend it.

This chair was an upgrade from my previous desk chair that was very uncomfortable and only for aesthetics, and I absolutely love it. It is easy to put together with the instructions. The high back is perfect for back support and very comfortable. The leather is soft and expensive looking. I love the adjustable arms and ability to move higher/lower and lean back. And the best part, this chair didn’t break the bank! Highly recommend it.

This chair is so nice looking and comfortable. I am 74 years old and put it together myself. The hardest part was connecting the back to seat. It was hard for me to maneuver it together. With some help it would have been easier. It has nice tall back, wide seat, and is comfortable. Very pleased with it.

Easy assembly but I could tell as I was putting it together that there is no way you can recline the back, as is advertized. The back of the chair and seat of the chair are basically held together by one solid arm piece. False advertizing. Other than that, it is a solid and aesthetically pleasing addition to my office. Its very comfortable and I enjoy sitting down more. Because of it’s size, it leaves plenty of room to gain weight and develope a larger rear end, from the extra sitting. I take my food upstairs now. I not only work from home, but now as soon as I clock out, I can simply make a 90% swivel and play video grames all night! Another more swivel and bam, there is my guitar within reach. Flip these pesky armrests up and there you go, plenty of room to rock and roll and sit. Oh look at the time, it’s 3 am. One more rotation and out the chair and back to my neglected spouse!

It's not a $500 executive chair but it's not a $25 student chair either. For the money it's quite nice though. Comfortable, good seat cushion, and retractable arms. Easy to assemble and sturdy in use. Overall a win.

I'll start out with something so simple yet so unexpected. Installation was easy, followed the directions and like others have suggested I waited to tighten all the screws tightly after everything was put together. This chair came with a T-handle hex key (allen wrench) that had a nice gripping handle. Not your normal cheesy tiny hex key that you cuss at with each turn. I have never ordered something requiring installation which one of these were included. Cuddos to the manufacturer for thinking about their customers! The chair has a nice high back and the seat is nice and wide. I would give comfort a score of 10 out of 10. I am a medium size built woman that sits long periods of time sewing so this chair is perfect for me. I will be ordering a 2nd one for my other sewing station and my husband said it fits him well too. Both back and seat have plenty of cushion and the leather is super soft! The lumbar area gives nice support. After assembly I noticed a small slit in the arm leather. I was so upset because I did NOT want to disassemble and pack it all back up, load it and take it to the post office to exchange for another one. What a hassle! So instead I contacted the seller/manufacturer direct. Honestly, I did not expect to hear back from them or get much help since it is sold through Amazon. I expected that if I did hear back they would tell me to return it to Amazon where I had purchased it. To my surprise they replied in 2 days and offered to send me a replacement arm. I received my package a few days later. Now that's what i call superior customer service! An excellent chair from and excellent company! We will also be replacing our office chairs because of how happy I am with it. Hats off to Sweetcrispy for making my life a little easier and a lot more comfortable.

My old chair reclined, and as I had gotten used to this feature I wanted a similar replacement when it broke. Unfortunately, I received this product and assembled it today, only to find that the knob that's supposed to loosen the tension only allows you to recline maybe five degrees back - if you can get someone to hold the base down for you while you push off of the wall. It's a nice chair otherwise, comfortable and sturdy and raises and spins nicely. Assembly wasn't ideal because the screws didn't line up easily but it is doable and you only do that once anyway. But you would get more recline value by trading your $90 in for a mountain of pennies to lean upon.

I work from home, so I sit in this chair 7.5 hours a day. This office chair is much better than my previous chair. It is very comfortable and adjustable. My biggest negative about the the chair is the arm rests. They collapse their shape pretty easily. Maybe they should have used better padding on the arm rests so that this does not happen. That does not, however, make the arm rests uncomfortable. But it takes them a few minutes to resume their shape when not used. Love the chair otherwise.
