The fact that this can be mounted inside or outside the wall, or on feet is incredible. We ended up mounting it on the wall. Overall, it looks good and functions well. The heat is enough to enjoy. I wish it had a more natural flame looking option for the colors. I’m not a fan of fake colors and want the warm tones of natural fire. There is one color mode that is acceptable for that purpose.

The media could not be loaded. I have to say I was a bit skeptical at first about installation so I decided to use the free standing legs on a stand on my patio and glad I did. Easy to put together and works great. I bought the 50" model on sale for $139.00 and am loving the look it gives the patio at night. Tons of color and flame selections and noise free. I live in Tampa Florida so don't use the heating system but used it last night and took the chill off along with my fire pit. Great Purchase.

This item is not a safe item! It could burn down your house! We purchased the unit for our remodel project and after just a few weeks of using it, the entire plug melted. It could have caused a major fire in our home. I only discovered this when we moved it to continue work on our project. Additionally, Amazon was kind enough to refund us the purchase amount but I see that when it arrived, the seller took over $30 for damage fees. I wrapped this in the same packaging that it came in and was delivered to the UPS store. I did not deliver it to them damaged so it would only suggest that the shipper damaged it in transit. I am fully disappointed in the safety aspect of this product and in the seller for their lack of customer service. I would NOT recommend purchasing any of their products.

The media could not be loaded. *** Edit *** Well now the plastic inside the fireplace has warped at the top and makes it look a little bad.. removing a star I really wanted to give this 5 stars... let me explain. First, this fire place is awesome I love all the color combinations and different features to make it suitable for you. The heat is so far so good I don't really have issues..it will be nice in the winter! For 129 you can't beat it! A couple negatives, ours literally only came with only one log. I looked through the entire box and we had one single log in the bag opening the box.. this really isn't a huge deal to us because we didn't like the look of the logs anyway and probably weren't going to use them...so to us it's whatever... the thing that does bother me is the black spot in the corner , I should of looked more closely at the reviews and people's pictures because it seems everyone's is like that... it doesn't bother my wife but I can't stop seeing it it must be a flaw in the fireplace .. for the price it looks very nice, **we also bought another thing of clear "ice crystals" makes it look fuller
