I bought a light green ice marker model WBJ-10A in late April. We use it 5 days a week for about 3-4 hrs. Today, I turned it on, it made one tray of ice and after that the “ice full” light came on. I unplugged it. Drained the water and plugged it back in. Turned it on, the fan came on and nothing. The red light saying “ice full” came on and it won’t do anything. A bit larger and heavier than expected, but good features and it spits out the ice! Doesn't freeze ice hard so need to stow fresh product in the freezer for use the next day. Overall, a good appliance, worth the money.

This was a piece crap from the beginning. After about 2 weeks some of the indicator lights quit working and now less than 60 days and I can't get it to do anything. I wish I had paid attention to the time that was passing away and missing the 30 day return policy. Lesson learned!

I just got mine today, but my brother has had his for months. His is still working perfectly. This machine is my most treasured appliance. You choose between 2 sizes for cubes, comes with a little scoop thats perfect for putting ice in a cup or thermos (i used a command stick on hook to keep the scoop right on the machine). There are no worries about I've over flow because it stops making g ice if the bin is full. It works fast, if you're looking to stock up, let the bun full up, them e.pty it into a zip lock bag and let the machine make more. I love this machine! 10/10. ... show more
