Function is 5 star. I only deducted a star because it's harder to clean that I would like. And the top cover/ lid, one of the pins broke almost immediately.

Don’t waste your money!! It produces not even enough for a cup and it doesn’t freeze till frozen ( if that makes any sense) it’s together but still watery, melts really fast.

The ice machine makes ice as it advertises. The one big drawback I have is that the ice is very wet once it's made and sticks together in the bucket it makes it in, and when you put in the freezer immediately. There is no way to have it frozen enough to NOT make it stick together in large clumps. You need to break the ice apart and it mostly all breaks up into little pieces. I have to give it only 3 stars because of this reason.

The machine makes ice and makes it quickly. The issue is that it isn’t refrigerated and the ice begins to melt right away. You have to get the freshly made ice right away and out into the freezer or an insulated cooler in order to prevent melting. I attempted this because I really wanted to keep the ice maker, but it just wasn’t worth the hassle. If they made it so the machine would stay cold, this little product would be great. It is relatively quiet. It is simple to set up and start making ice. It could be great, if it would just keep the ice frozen.
