This futon has a stylish modern touch and feels sturdy. I like the leather material and glossy brown color. I have it setup in my basement, and considering I don't have a guest room, this would work out great for a guest to sleep on. One thing I like is that the setup is easy and comes with the tool needed to put everything together. One size bolt for everything makes it a simpler task. It took me 20 minutes tops once I got it out of the box. I've never owned a futon before, so it does feel different than my couch. It is comfortable and even though it folds down as a bed, taller individuals will not be able to sleep comfortably. I'm 5'10 and it fits me, even though they say suitable for people under 5'7". I don't under stand that because it fits me just fine. The back of the futon has three back adjustment angles which is very helpful. Another feature I should note is the flexible armrests which offers another level of flexibility. Reading the back of the futon, I can confirm they did not add any additional flame retardants, which I think is important. I don't want any extra chemicals on my furniture. I think this is perfect for a bedroom or basement, and I'm very happy with it's features.

Yet the back easily folds down flat for a good night's rest. The memory foam mattress provides amazing support, unlike some lumpy futons I've tried. My friends fight over who gets to sleep on it when they visit! And it couldn't be easier to convert between couch and bed. The arm rests are removable so you just fold down the back and voila - ready for sleeping! This is perfect if you want a stylish couch that can also accommodate overnight guests. I love the size, looks truly charming, functions admirably as a seating region. Not exactly agreeable for long haul dozing however fine two or three evenings for a grown-up and a few days for youngsters. I love it overall however not exactly valuable as long haul dozing. My office is on the subsequent floor and it was a battle getting the container higher up without anyone else. On the off chance that you are taking it up a stairway one man can make it happen yet it's actually a 2 man work. Gathering was basic required around 10 minutes, get together comprised of tightening 6 legs with 12 screws anybody can make it happen.
