I'll start with what I loved about it. It's meant to make you sweat and bottom line, IT WORKS!!! Once you start moving and your body starts to heat up, the sweat just forms and drips off of you. I love that. It shows me that it's working. Some may say it's too "greasy" and it may be, but it's not something that bothers me if I'm going to work out anyway and I am showering afterwards. Now for the unfortunate part and the only real reason I didn't give this 5 stars. I bought the roll-on tube for the specific purpose that I didn't want to rub it my hands and then my body (shoulders, belly, lower back, etc). However, the tube I received was faulty and the bottom roller portion just fell off (could've just been bad batch). So now, I have to actually stick my fingers inside and pull out the sweet sweat and rub is on myself. Again, not a huge inconvenience but something I didn't plan on, hence my reason for purchasing the roll on. I will be buying more in the future and I'm crossing my fingers that this one works properly. ... show more

I’ve always been a fan of Sweet Sweat gel. It does exactly what it says it’s going to do. I always get a good sweat after workouts. I usually get the non scented but I decided to try this one and I love the tropical scent. Definitely recommend.

Second time purchasing, have used product intermittently to increase cardio sessions and really sweat! Easy clean-up following sessions without leaving grease stains on my workout clothes or towels. I have also noticed a difference on days that i decide not to use it. Great deal :)

I love sweet sweat’s products, I’ve repurchased their gel sticks probably 3 times now and have 2 different sweat bands. However, even though the actual gel and the product is great and works well, the packaging on each tube I’ve owned has broken in some way each time. This time, the bottom part that spins to push the product up fell off, the cap on my other one broke off, etc. It’s annoying because the product gets messy when the packaging is broken, but I’ll deal with it because it works so good! ... show more

Easy to wipe off when I was done my work out and didn't leave me feeling super gross though I took a shower anyways.
