JUST got it. I had it on for about an hour. It was a little awkward feeling at first but it’s not to hot and not to cold but when I took it off my legs were wet from them 😂😂 I couldn’t ask for anymore so as of now I really like them ! OMG, after my CrossFit workout when I removed the pants I seriously felt lighter. I love the fact that the attached belt is very supportive of both my back and core, which is really important to me during my weight training. So I was super excited about these. I am extremely curvy 5”3 220lb 32in waist 45in hips i ordered the XL. so if I wear a neoprene waist trainer or sweat vest it rolls or moves at the bottom to sit in my back with these leggings I can use the band that’s attached to hold it down and in place. So even though it was too small I returned mine just to order a size up XXL I don’t care what size it says I’m excited about the product. I recommend going a size up ladies. Ok I'll try anything once these pants work as stated and I am very pleased. Normally I am very skeptical because they appear to be small and tight. However as I got them on the more they gave and they actually do work I was very pleased with this product I will buy it again. so many people asked me where did I get them. I tell them the brand and size I brought. I do suggest you try this product please be mindful if you ladies are thicker in the thigh and buttocks you will have to be patient with these pants but they will work I am 5 '9. Weight 255 to 260 at time of purchase. Current wait 250 I don't do heavy exercise but I do want I try to do at least two to three miles a day. ... show more

They fit great in front, but stopped midway of my backside. However the biggest disappointment is the return policy, I have to buy a package to return it in and in addition to that I was informed that the cost of shipping would be deducted from my refund total. Oh and did I mention it was delivered via USPS but I must use UPS to return it to them. This is unacceptable, inconvenient and though minimal, it’s costly as well. I love these pants! They are super comfortable, and the shape-wear part of it holds my belly in and feels secure. I also love the side pocket for my phone so I can listen to music and hold my id/credit card while out on the trail. Honey, I would buy this thing again. At first I want so sure about it when I first got it. I was wearing it under my work pants at work since that's when I move around the most. After about my 8 hours, I would take it off. Honey, I was sweating in places I forgot I could sweat at. I can say it helped with my stomach area.
