Stats: 5’9, 250lbs, size tops -16-18, waist 47; purchased XL Love this product. I was a bit skeptical, but I figured let me give it a try after watching the infomercial. I wore the shaper top only once for a workout. My pictures are after 45 mins in the gym. I was so shock to see the amount of sweat dripping once I lifted the garment. There is a nice cupping system for those of us with belly ( it helps to insulate and hold sweat in). I did not have an once of sweat dripping during from my abdomen during the workout. One warning, if you plan to jog, run, or use the elliptical, make sure you have pants that are compatible with the material. I almost bared it all while jogging on the treadmill. Never even felt the pants sliding down. Lol.

Sizing: I am 5’ 4” and 153 lbs. My waist is 30”, the widest part of my hips measure 41”. That being said, I went with the waist measurement that was listed and bought myself a S/M. It fits like a glove. Putting it on: Yes, it’s hard to put on. I’ve figured out the best way to get it on is to pretend you’re a toddler and your mom is getting you dressed. Put your head completely in first. Then your right arm. Then get as much as your left arm in as you can before using your right hand to grab your left wrist and pull. Good luck. Getting it off is a whole new challenge. Does it work: This isn’t a miracle weight loss tool. It’s designed to make you sweat, and it definitely does it’s job. On an intellectual level: it makes you sweat. It heats up your core, which in turn has your heart working harder. Be sure your endurance is ready for this because it’ll definitely make your workouts tougher. Are you burning more calories? Probably. Are you burning fat? Well, yeah, if you’re working out. But the shirt is mainly helping you lose water weight. On an emotional level: Seeing all that sweat just leaking off the clothes and your body is disgusting. But also really satisfying after a good workout? I took a before and after photo of myself and no one is going to see a difference. BUT I saw the slightest difference and in the end, that was such a confidence booster and isn’t that really what it’s all about? The next morning when I stepped on the scale, there was a larger than normal dip. I know it’s water weight and it’ll just come back, but like I said. Confidence booster.

The product is not true to size. It is uncomfortable. It does not cover the areas completely stated in the advertisement. The seller refuse to allow a return. They only want to give a discount. A discount does not allow me to wear the product. I will still have paid for a product I cannot wear. The seller suggested I give it to someone...I was appalled. I’m a huge purchaser on Amazon and I have never been challenged to this magnitude regarding a sale. I will not shop with this seller again. Not pleased at all!

As soon as I got this I put it on and was a little concerned with how tight it was for the largest size. Then I realized I’m larger than the largest size so it didn’t pull down as far as I wanted it to. However, I wore it all day st the office comfortably. It didn’t roll up at all which was my biggest concern. By the time I got to the gym after work it still was comfy. By the time I left the gym I was concerned it didn’t work. Other reviews said they could feel the sweat pouring down their backs and legs and I felt nothing. As soon as I got home I lifted up and sure enough my stomach was just covered In sweat. A gross amount of sweat and I loved it! Looking forward to using more and seeing results!

I love how sweaty I get from this!!! I always have trouble with things like this staying in place and this does! I tuck it into my underwear and leggings for that extra security to stay in place. Super easy to clean even at the gym. Give us a rinse w soap and roll in a towel to dry and your good to go! I can’t work out without it anymore!

The length is very short and also size 2X/3X it fits like it would still be for a skinny person. This is made for skinny short Abdominal length people. Good material. But Do not buy this product if you a big person with a some what medium/large abdominal and stand 5'3".. I am returning it right now..:/

I was actually impressed bc I thought I was getting something more of a made in china feel. But it’s not it’s really good quality. I haven’t been able to use it yet but my husband got one too and he really likes it and it doesn’t ride up. It makes you sweat like it says. The fit is pretty accurate I’m 5’4 190lb and I got the l-xl and it’s a perrfect snug fit.
