I bought this to use as my new permanent bed, and it is firm enough that I can get in and out of bed without disturbing my dog, and my laptop tray sits flat on top and it doesn't wobble, but its also a little plush on top, and it feels perfect for me as a side sleeper. The pamphlet in the box says to wait up to 72 hours for the mattress to fully inflate, but it came into a mostly full shape within minutes of exposing it to air, and I honestly slept on it that night with no issue. Its been a full week since sleeping on it and I have no complaints. I would only advise to carefully roll it out into position on your already prepared bed frame before you tear the plastic off, as the 12 inch firm queen is a bit of a pain to move around. It feels hefty and very worth its price tag.

I bought 12 inch firm. This mattress is way better than I expected. I bought it for temporary use. Surprisingly, its quality is better than several big brand mattresses I have owned. But the price is only 1/5. Some reviews mentioned that the edge support is not good. This is the main concern I had before I placed the order. In fact, the mattress I received has a strong edge support. It is true firm. If I side sleep, I feel it's too hard for me. I will add a 2 inches memory form on top of it. I am very satisfied with this mattress.

Wanted to upgrade from an XL twin to a proper queen bed. One thing in particular I was looking for was a mattress that was firm and had good support. As a larger person (around 350 pounds) this bed is perfect for my needs. Firm but not like a brick, a good size. It's recommended to let it sit out for 24+ hours after opening, but I found it was fine after a few hours and slept on it the same night. I've been extremely happy with the mattress so far. Especially taking into account the price - I feel I made a good decision. Of course it remains to be seen how long it lasts me. If it starts losing firmness after a year that would be unfortunate. But as of now I would absolutely say this mattress is great if you're looking for something affordable and something on the firmer side. Can't attest to how it is with two people sleeping on it, but for just me it's perfect.

(Update#3) July 5,2025 I’m walking up with back soreness this mattress less than 3 months in has declined tremendously. Customer service only response is send some damn pictures. (Update#2) one star update. installed bed April 14,2025 here it is may 3,2025 and the middle has a slight dip and now my back is hurting. I’m turning throughout the night. This is to soon I want a refund or replacement (Update Review1)- subtracted two stars making it a 3 star review. Its been a little over a week and it seems the middle is sinking in a little. I rotate between sides regularly but of course being single I do Wind up in the middle. Also I wake up with a lower back pressure now. It doesn’t pop or anything just lingers throughout the morning. (Old review)-Actually firm and solid! It also does regulate temps stays cool throughout the night. Don’t wake up with soreness and popping and cracking like a wooden ship anymore! Be careful unrolling it. Have it set to the beds length. Unroll it a way where it will pop forward and not towards you!!! You will go flying if it comes at you 😅 You will have an experience to try out as a stunt man. I’m glad i went with my first mind and unrolled away from me. It popped out at 200+ lbs of pressure. Fully inflated!!! Not slowly building it came out that plastic layer full capacity I’m not kidding be safe

Don’t get me wrong, after the first night, I wanted to return it but I was convinced to keep sleeping in it to break it in and I’m so glad I did. It’s very good, it has really strong springs. I’m 290lbs man with a bad lower back and I couldn’t be happier with this. Setting up was super easy and I let it sit for 24 hours then slept on it the next night. It’s very comfortable and you will need to break it in for sure. Recommended.

It's nice and firm for all bedroom activities! We just got it yesterday. I'm very happy. I had a medium firm mattress that was just mushy (nice for lounging but not anything else) and I was being sucked into the middle because i weigh a hundred pounds less than my partner. This bed didn't suck me in the middle or sink at all last night! This is super comfy, especially for the price!
