Fantastic . I wear glasses 6D and 4 D. I can get crispy vision with this binocular. I do have to say great for birds , wild life . I live in Colorado and enjoy late or early hikes while watching wildlife . Price is seriously obstacle for many people but this is one type of craftsmanship which you feel good about even with that sticker . The 12x magnification is nice for getting a little bit closer. The faultless view. Easy to hold and steady. Not big or heavy. Everything is excellent. Shop Amazon. The hassle free returns with immediate credit upon receiving tracking number is fantastic. After ordering these binoculars, I ordered 2 other binoculars directly from the seller and got defects that had to be returned. Now I wait for return and 3 working days for refund etc. Lesson learned. ... show more

More lightweight than this birder expected so didn't order a harness for it (yet). Fantastic view, close-up too, easy to focus, and the diopter setting locks, so avoids random shifting.     • Not perfect but still the best out there
I have 12x50 and 8.5x42 versions. 8.5x42 was bought 5 years ago but I never used it. These 12x50 on a tripod is what I have used a lot in last 2 months. Pros: Best eye relief available in any 12x. Optics are sharp and clear. Colors are beautiful. There are little 3D effect which I like so not completely flat like 8.5x. Very small size and excellent build quality. Customer service is best with swaro. Cons: There is some chromatic aberrations and ghost images because of objective lens being too close to the edge. Not a proper tripod mount available from swarovski only universal tripod mount. Price is too high especially compared to 42mm ELs. Verdict: It is not perfect but the best bundle of features and performance out there. ... show more

Obviously if your a hunter, bird watcher or anyone who knows binoculars, then there is no need to explain. I will be traveling to Canada on a Moose hint and out west to prairie to hunt. This will help me to see if there was a need to get these over my 10 x42's.

    • The best binocular one can buy
This is the best binocular one can buy. For long glassing I use with a monopod (Sirui P-326) which gives enough stability. I also recommend the S4Gear LockDownX Binocular Harness for tracking and bush walk. It protects your binocular and you don't have to worry with your binoculars safety.
