The hoverboard worked for literally 3 minutes, and then turned off. It does not charge at all. Customer support will not send me a replacement charger. They only offer the charger at a discount, which isn't right because it was received in this condition.

My 8-year old saved up money doing chores around the house to buy this hoverbaord. He carefully unpacked it, charged the battery until the light was green and started riding around the house. The system warning light turned red and began flashing. Then there was a crazy beeping that wouldn't stop until he got off of it, restarted and then rode again for a few minutes until the darned process started all over again. This thing is junk - the company should be ashamed of themselves for making something like this!!! Oh yes, last thing - there's something rattling around inside of it. The box it shipped in was fine. Nothing looked like transit damage; just very poorly made. Buyer-beware.

We just got the hover board 2 day's ago and every time we charged it. It smelled like rubber burning we thought it was just how it was supposed to be. Well last night my husband smelled it really bad at 130 in the morning he went to look at it and it was smoking and sparking. Thank god he woke up or it probably would of caught our house on fire. Very Scary

I've had 2 of these hoverboards from here and both broke. They will not charge or do anything. They are expensive and should last longer. Not worth the money.

Bought this for my daughter for Christmas. It’s the only thing she wanted. Took it out of the box and it doesn’t work. Red light is blinking and one wheel won’t work. I’ve messaged the seller. I’m hoping they make it right. Super bummed. 😭 Update : The sender did give me a UPS label to return it with and offered a refund. Just waiting for them to receive the hover board back and inspect it before getting my money returned. So bonus that they are handling the issue without a fight. Just still disappointed that it didn’t work.

After doing lots of research my 10 year old daughter decided this is the hoverboard she wanted. It arrived Sunday, we charged (the instructions say to charge initially for 6 hours and the indicator light will tell you once it’s fully charged, and not over charge or it will affect the battery life). It was done charging in a couple hours, so my kiddos took it for a spin. It was super easy to use and they turned into expert riders in minutes. Here is the thing we don’t care for...the battery only lasts for 40 minutes and then you have to charge it again for 2-3 hours. Today is Wednesday (3 days after having the hoverboard) and while my daughter was on it (only 15 minutes after a full charge) the hoverboard made an alarm sound that would only stop when we shut it off. I told my daughter to keep it off and plug it back in. A couple hours later, it seems fine again. To wrap it up, it seems like a good quality hoverboard, but the battery charge to life ratio leaves something to be desired. I would recommend this board though. The kids love it!

I bought this for my son and at first it worked fine. Significantly slower than my other son’s board but it worked. I did contact customer support about why it is so much slower but they just said “different product different specs”. My other son’s is also swagtron brand but a different model. After about a month of use the charging port has pulled out of the board meaning you now can’t charge it. I am still awaiting a response after 3 days from swagtron. Additionally, this vendor will not help you if you have an issue with the board. They just direct you to customer support. I will probably just end up getting my son a different one as I do not feel like going back and forth with customer support.

Another one of best things We bought from amazon. 👍 it’s affordable and lithium-free safe for our three kids and me.... lol So all of the kids in our neighborhood had one , all different kinds, lights on , music on . I was like um... we don’t need all that , so we got one that simple and best priced , still rides so well that no different than others . My 2 younger ones are on it like the first day , kids are naturally good at balancing their weight somehow , it took me a few days ! To be honest , everyone in the house enjoyed riding this hover board nearly Everyday .fun fun fun And Maximum weight is 155, but daddy (165)he did ride on it as well , not for long though. Kids kicked him off before he warms his feet on it . lol It s a Great hover board. .
