I've been using this on a couple of different areas for 7 weeks. The results seem promising and the hair seems stunted. It's not really painful, and I'm glad they give you the special glasses. It does get very bright and you need to wear them. I wish the cable was a little longer so I'm not as tied to the outlet. The different intensities allow you to adjust the power if you have sensitive skin. Happy with the results, I'm looking forward to using this more.

I am a brown-skinned black person and it worked to just fine for me. The product information seems to deter people with darker skin from using it, however, I found it to work quite well. I have another device that I could not get to work on several areas of my face and body because it read the color of my skin and wouldn't activate, but I did not have any issue with this device. It emitted a pulse everywhere I put it and it gave a sting and smell very similar to what I experienced with my hair removal sessions at various med spas. The device is ergonomically designed and easy to hold and operate. The cooling feature is also a nice touch that makes it even more similar to the the med spa experience. Until I run across a problem, I will continue to use it. I do think it should come with those little googles instead of sunglasse. Also the color of the device, as well as, the image and font on the packaging could definitely use a review (update), but the function of the device is way better than what I expected from a device intended for home use.

I was hoping to use this during this summer but the directions state to avoid water for 6 hours and direct UV exposure for 48 hours. Which is impossible when it is July and you have a pool. I did try it out for this review. This comes with the laser unit, quick start directions, user manual, sun glasses, razor and charging cable. Everything comes in a sturdy box that is great for storage. This is supposed to be used on lighter to medium skin tones with black to dark brown hair. In the user manual it says not to use on dark skin color or on light hair. The sensation from using the unit is a quick warm slight stinging feeling. There is a manual and automatic setting. The power cable is about 5ft long. I am looking forward to using this product this fall.

I generally like the products by this manufacturer, and this one appears to be a neat device as well. My main interest in using this device was facial hair. This is advertised with the phrase “Hair Removal Device for Women and Men Permanent with Painless Ice Cooling Function for Face Armpits Legs Bikini Line”, but the instructions that came with the device say not to use the device on face and ears. It seems to be working on random places I tried, but it seems you have to use this over and over and expect some change with time. In the end, I cannot use it for my main purpose. The idea of limited number of shots also makes this less attractive at this price. At this point, I cannot give this device any more than 3 stars.

So, I have used this in a very specific area on my body. No, no there! I used it on the back of my hands. I have always been bothered by the hair that grows below my wrist down to my Pinky and Ring fingers on both hands. I’ve shaved it, Nare’d it, plucked it, and burnt it…. It always grows back. Well after a few weeks of use I can say this device definitely doesn’t work for me. It certainly is doing something because I can feel a tingle??? or dare I say a “warmth”. Anyway this did nothing for me but it may have to do with my skin type and color (so I’m told by a medical aesthetics professional). So the long and the short of it is I still have hair on the back of my hands and this device did not seem to help.

This hair removal tool comes with glasses because it is very bright when you use it. It requires 8 weeks of consistent use to be effective. So far I have used it a few times and it easy to do but I can't speak on its effectiveness yet. The unit is light and compact which is nice.

This is an amazing home device. It is very easy to use, but I was a bit intimidated at first. I read the instructions thoroughly, and I’ve been using it on my face, mainly chin area. I can get ingrown hairs, and so far, I am really pleased. The kit comes with a razor, glasses, cord and 2 different heads that are magnetic, and easily attach over the large head. It is a really well made, and easy to use and also has a cooling feature. It’s a great value compared to the cost of treatments in the derm office.
