So, to start with, the item that arrived was named mrliance and I purchased a Suyncll?? They look the same as described - no surprise from an offshore supplier. The assembly was a joke since the manual was 4 Xerox pages and NO detailed assembly. The handle didn't have holes that aligned, so I had to pry the poles to get the holes to line up. There was 1/2 of a cord holder for power - just the top side - where is the lower part of the cord holder??? There was no indication of how to hang the wand or the foam attachment. One of the already assembled hose fittings was loose. The certification label doesn't match the Amazon specs - No indication of where the 2000W spec came from. I had to refer to the Amazon provided video to know which nozzle was for what spray. No details on use and care of the foam attachment. No indication of how the hose reel handle collapsed for storage. No way to store the nozzle clearing rod. Instructions mention that the power washer was self-sucking, but no detail on how to hook it up to use without house water pressure. Manual had no reference to child lock on the wand - again, needed to refer to Amazon pictures. Wand storage at back of sprayer is ineffective and useless, as is the AC cord storage. I pray that weather will allow me to test under pressure to insure all functional performance features during return period. Got a chance to briefly test the pressure and hose attachment. All of the functional components worked as expected. No change to my # of stars due to the very poor manual and setup as mentioned above. UPDATE: I used it yesterday for the first time extensively to do a wheel washing on both of our cars and it broke internally and leaked water everywhere. It also leaked rust from internally, and we have NO rust anywhere on our water system (newer house with copper piping). Stay away from this product in any of it's variants! I would like to reduce the # stars to one, but the vendor is trying to work with me to some extent. ... show more

Several things to like about this product. But first, I’ll mention the things that need improvement. The assembly instructions were lacking. It’s somewhat easy for me to figure things out but it would be better to have step by step instructions to make everything a bit easier form everyone. They did include a small screw driver but it was a bit short and hard to get a good grip on. The hose connection is a little low to the ground so when you use the telescoping handle, it tends to rub your hose and connection on the ground. Ok, on to the things I liked. The pressure was good but I’m not sure it was actually 3800 PSI. I didn’t have a way to measure it but it just didn’t feel like that was the actual pressure. I liked that when you released the trigger, the machine shut off. I’m sure the design was to save the Motor by keeping it from over heating. Very nice. It was light weight and easy to carry. I also like that it wasn’t too noisy like a gas powered machine is. I mentioned earlier that it has a telescoping handle for ease of mobility. Soap dispensing was easy as well. Just fill the bottle that’s included with your favorite soap but be sure not to turn on the machine or it will use up your soap in a hurry. Just use the trigger with machine off to dispense and it will help minimize the use of soap. (Had to learn that the hard way) All in all, I like the machine and what it can do. I cleaned the car, washed the porch, washed the windows, washed the porch chairs and the driveway so far. Lots more to try this machine out on. I recommend this product and will update when I get more use out of it. Update: 08/28/2021 Ok, so after using the machine to wash cars, porch, patio furniture, driveway etc... The motor started to turn off and on every one or two seconds when I released the trigger. I shut the washer off for a little while thinking nit needed to cool down. But when I resumed washing, it worked for about 10 minutes or so before it started to do the same thing after releasing the trigger. so I decided to return it for an exchange before my return window ended. I received a replacement quickly and so far I haven't had any problems or issues with this replacement. It may have been an internal issue with the motor but I haven't seen any other reviews with this particular issue so I'm assuming it was a "one off". I still really like the performance of this Power Washer and continue to recommend it as a good purchase. ... show more

While searching for a durable, practical and cost effective electrical power wash, I came across this product which is highly claimed as one of the best in its category. At first I was skeptical but decided to give it a try and I’m not the least bit disappointed. It performs fantastically for my needs. My expectations were fully met. Carport, walls, tiles and especially areas with tough dirt and grime were remarkably restored to their original state. If there was any negative to this purchase it could only be the incoming hose attachment. It can be a little problematic to get right to avoid a water leak. The product is light, easy to assemble and quite durable. It gets the job done well given its size and it has more than adequate power. I would highly recommend this power wash to anyone thinking of a making a purchase. ... show more
