bought these for my husbands birthday. It came right on time and it was so beautiful, he didn’t want to use it. I love that you can charge it and it literally tells you on the machine how much charge you have left. I also loved the zip up case that came with it. So I purchased this last June- so it’s been a little over a year now. I have LOVED this set and so have a few of my colleagues and clients. Recently, I have been having a few concerns and trying to contact the seller to let them know personally because I’d rather do that if possible, but couldn’t find an option to email the seller so here I am. - the trimmers work very great still - the clippers have just begun to give a low motor sound. (I even had a client make a comment on the sound saying “sounds like they’re about to die”) - I have had situations where my clippers have cut off mid cut!!! - I can still execute a cut but not as efficiently as in the beginning. - to be clear I have never dropped these clippers or ever had them I contact with water what’s so ever, and maintenance is daily. I would like to know a solution for my issue. As of today January 20,2024 the trimmers have cut off mid cut and have not cut back on in a week, and the clippers still have a very low motor sound and will cut off periodically at 50%.
