These Susan Bates hooks are my go to inline crochet hooks. I wished they had more colors. I love the in line hooks because they’re so easy to use and less prone to having the yarn slip off the hooks as with the rounded hooks. The padded handles are a plus as I enjoy the feeling of having a little bulk to the grip as I crochet fast. I’m sure there’s an ergonomic benefit from that as well. I am never disappointed by the quality of the hooks and for the number of hooks in the pack, I believe it is a good value. The pack comes with three of the most commonly used sizes of crochet hooks (at least for me) and the handles have a rubberized grip that keeps them from slipping out of your fingers. They are velvety smooth and the handle is longer than other cushioned hooks I’ve used, which I love because I have larger hands and most other cushioned hooks are a bit too short for me to use comfortably for an extended period of time. The Susan Bates comfort hooks are great! I’ve been crocheting for 40+ years and have never found better hooks than these. I only use the in line hooks, I feel they hold the yarn better, and the comfort of the handle is great! The shaft from hook to grip is appropriately long and smooth. These are quality hooks and comfortable to hold. I really like the clear white size and mm markings on the black handles. They are easy to read. The hooks are very smooth and the yarn slides over them easily.
