Pleasantly surprised with these led lights. Waited a while to make sure they worked for a few months and they did! I looked how they come in 4-pcs so I have one under the driver's side, one on the side console, and the other two on the passenger side. They are quite bright, but remember the last color and brightness chosen, which is really nice. I guess my only complaints is there a very very short flash of white when they first turn on. It's hardly noticable, but those little details annoy me. Doesn't effect my rating though. They have kept secure with the original sticky, even after moving them around a bit. The remote works, but needs to be pointed directly at the receiver, which is really to be expected. Overall I definitely recommend these if it's the sort of look you're going for. I drive a red Civic Si, which actually does offer LED ambient lighting (limited to the console) and they're like $150 or something for one very small single color (red or blue). This is a much better value and although it's not flush to the OEM trim, you can make it work nicely. I keep mine on red, but the lowest brightness setting, all the time. So the remote didn't work at all, even when I bought batteries for it thinking that was the problem it didn't work. Fortunately, that didn't matter much to me, the flashing change in colors was enough for me. Stretches far enough I can hide the wire and actual lights itself, and during the night it looks awesome, but during the day it's eh. ... show more

Seemed to be defective two days after receiving them. It was nice the one time I got to use it, I guess. Now when I plug them in, it flashes one quick light with every click. Although it has been fairly cold where I’m at, nothing less than 45-50 degrees, I don’t think it would have caused this. Not saying every one of these will be the same results as mine but maybe someone can give some insight on this. ... show more

A few years ago I bought some sort of LEDs for my husband's car and always loved his and wanted some of my own. I don't need anything crazy fancy and was excited to see these lights were super affordable. I had my husband help me put them in my car and the only small beef I had with them was that they aren't sticky enough to stick well on anything that's had a vinyl protectant put on (my bad). No biggie, we just used a little bit of extra tape to secure them where I'd made the edge of the dash too slippery. The remote is kind of moody and doesn't seem to always want to do what I want, but it does eventually work. I mean its a super cheap set, I'm not going to get too worked up over it. All the colors are nice and bright and pretty, and it even has a feature where it cycles the colors or has them "dance" to the music playing in the car. They aren't very visible in the daytime, of course, but at night they look beautiful. Its the little things like these lights that make my driving experience a little more fun. ... show more

Last month I had gotten my own car and wanted to decorate it because it’s the little things lol. I put the lights up and I am obsessed however tonight I was driving and I realized that my lights were shown on my ceiling and if you have them you know they are not that big nor is really shown on your ceiling so I got out and took a look. My passenger side light had completely tore off but into two. The adhesive was still on but it was a thin layer including the lights off. I’m the type of person who looks through reviews heavily before buying. The lights were very bright and vivid. The only problem is the main color I wanted to use did not work. Straight out of the package the blue, purple, and white do not work, due to the blue LEDs not working. I was very let down by it not working however I understand there are issues with a small percentage of anything that is bought. Overall it seemed like it would’ve been a good product. However, due to that issue I would be wary when ordering. I’m sure most units work fine but test it out before doing anything else. ... show more
