  • A great stove that’s value and versatile.
A lot of stove for the modest price. This stove is a multifuel unit. Compact for storage but is very large when deployed. The stove will cook a meal for four easily. It accepts all kinds of alcohol stoves and will burn wood, charcoal and can be modified for gas burners. It has an ash pan that can be used as a surface to prepare and light tinder or chop and prepare foods. ... show more

  • Love it! 🥰🔥
Perfect little hot dog maker. 🔥 Great little unit at a great price. I got it to have small fires on the back porch. It's not light enough to consider it for backpacking; but that's not what I was intending to do with it. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  • Plenty of Uses
Pro: Interesting compact design. Pro: No fuel required so you'll have endless leaves, twigs and sticks to keep it fueled. Con: It took about 30 seconds to weasel the stove out of the unnecessarily small zipper pouch. Why do they do that? Con: It's heavy at 2.3 lbs. Not ideal for backpacking when an isobutane can and burner weigh less than a pound. Similar to a Solo stove, however, this stove will be less efficient at boiling water because of all the visible gaps in the side walls and bottom. But, it casts plenty of fire light 360 degrees unlike a Solo stove, so you might find benefit in that. You can easily feed sticks from the side where a Solo stove you need to carefully drop them in from the top without knocking over your cup/pot. The base is very wide making it very stable. I recommend this under the condition that you don't expect it to function as efficiently as a Solo stove-type stove and you are looking for a method to heat water/food while desiring the fire light it casts, AND, you don't plan to lug it around on a backpacking trip. Due to the weight, it is definitely a car camping or backyard stove. With that in mind - I would recommend it. ... show more

  • Works as advertised
For $20 its worth it. Not sure how everyone is getting stuff for free. I review my stuff, check my emails. Oh well, its worth the cash. Worked as it should with no problems.

  • Unique and Fun...
This is certainly a unique little stove. It is very compact and has lots of ventilation to let air through it. That said, it was a windy day and I had trouble getting a small enough fire to catch that could hold up to the wind. If the area inside was a bit bigger, I could have gotten a larger flame to take hold and fight off the wind. I’ll have to give it another chance before saying that it’s the design’s fault though. As for its claim to be ready for backpacking, it’s honestly too heavy for that. The entire thing comes in over 1kg. If you strip the extras away, it still is about 700 grams, which is fairly heavy in the backpacking world and that’s without any fuel. Maybe it’s good for car camping? Perhaps, but it is fairly small overall. So that sweet spot of camping by myself in an area that doesn’t have grills or fire rings seems...limited. Aside from its fun and unique fire face, I’m not really sure where to use this. ... show more

  • Super cool small portable camping wood stove
I really love the small portable wood camping stove. It is very compact when folded, goes into included small rectangular pouch of 10x8 in and about inch deep when folded. It is made of stainless steel so it is a bit hefty maybe around 1 lb. At first putting it together seemed challenging but once you do it couple of times unfolding or folding it back into a pouch is extremely fast, just a matter of a few seconds. As you can see on the photos you could put the removable grill bars if you want to put a pot or a skillet on top or you could lower them a little put skewers on top of them to cook any meat or vegetables on skewers. This wood stove has a door on the front that you lower to feed more woods and sticks or twigs to keep the fire going. Word of caution let the stove completely cool down after the fire is out because it will retain retain heat for a while and you do not want to burn your hands when trying to fold it. It is very functional, very fun to use and my friends are envious of this little gadget. ... show more
