This is a great way to get your vitamin d and k in a liquid form! I often don’t take pill form vitamin because they made me sick to my stomach. This is so easy to take. You simply fill the dropper to the line and squirt it into your mouth. I take this straight with no issues. It really has no taste to it. I take this and then a swig of water to help wash it done. Great way to help with hormones and energy from vitamin d. It’s like a liquid but a little bit thicker but not thick enough to feel like a full on oil.

This SURPO Vitamin D3 + K2 Liquid Drops with Omega 3 Oil can easily be added to my morning smoothie and eliminates the need for another pill to swallow. This liquid contains 125 mcg of Vitamin D and 200 mcg of Vitamin K2. Taken from an internet article: "Vitamin K2's most important function is guiding calcium away from your arteries and into your bones where it belongs. It also helps protect you from potential Vitamin D toxicity. The absorption of vitamin D, whether from supplementation or from the sun, increases the production of calcium in your body. Calcium needs Vitamin K2 to tell it where to go or it can end up in your arteries, too much calcium could cause serious ramifications as it creates a blockage and blood can no longer circulate. This is why Vitamin K2 and Vitamin D3 should be taken together." I'm happy to have this liquid form of D3 + K2! (Tell you a secret? I've been taking pill form of D3 + K2 for some time, but I thought I was getting some kind of vegetable vitamin from the K2. No! It's for my bones! Boy, am I glad to know that! This research is not for nothing and I know now I must continue with it!)
