I bought this from Amazon after I carefully read the reviews. It is something that I like and at a good price. When I receive it, I was surprised by the parts it included and its look that is modern and sleek. I have no problem using it; nor, I have any complaint about its performance. The only problem I have is its way of charging the battery. I need to plug this into a USB port to have it charged. I guess this is good for people who travel with it and charge it in car, but for everyday use, it can be a hassle. This is the reason I am giving it a four-star. ... show more

This company is absolutely amazing! Not only do I love the razor but their service! My wife accidentally dropped it on the floor and broke one of the small attachments. I emailed the company asking if I could get a replacement…and incredibly hit in the mail! Not that’s perfect service!

They're pretty good but far from great. The item itself feels sturdy enough. Sometimes the plastic cover for the display comes loose so you gotta pop it back in place. In terms of shaving, its alright. I feel like the little motor they have isn't spinning fast enough to produce consistent results. Sometimes, it'll just miss entire patches or will yank on your hair rather than cut it. This applies to all attachments. The brush attachment is probably the only one I think works great. Cleaning this thing is a chore. Even with the little brush, you'll probably have to disassemble the shaver to get inbetween the metal and plastic. There's a noticable gap that traps A LOT of the shavings. If you don't keep taking some out, it'll pile up enough to where the razor wont be cutting your hair anymore. The excess hair blocks it. TLDR: If you're trying to save money and don't mind having to do some maintenance, with some patience, this will work well enough. ... show more
