    • Doesn't charge from USB-C to USB-C cables.

Works as described, except that like many cheap devices with USB-C it only works with a USB-A to USB-C cable. A USB-C to USB-C cable will not charge it. As time goes on USB-A ports become less and less common. One of the main benefits of USB-C was supposed to be universal compatibility, but I can't charge this with the same cable or charger I use for my phone, headphones, laptop, etc. ... show more

Updated Review: Company reached out with a few suggestions to repair the lighter but no luck. They sent me a replacement without needing to re-order. Happy with the customer service. Fingers crossed that this one will last as expected. Worked well at first. Arrived almost fully charged and we used it to light candles. Charged it twice with no issues but it has stopped charging. Tried 3 different wall chargers/cables combinations. Nothing. Wanted to replace the flame lighters that have to be replaced with something that could be recharged but we’ll have to keep looking. ... show more
