The media could not be loaded. I wasn’t sure how this fountain was going to look as a lot of the pictures showed it against a wall as the back is flat. It looks great. Very simple to put together. While the fountain looks nice, I purchased it primarily for the sound of flowing water. The fountain has pads where the water hits the bowls, so the sound is muted. Except for hearing the pump running, you wouldn't know there was a water fountain in the yard. If you want to use the LED lights, you need two outlets, since the lights are on a separate plug from the pump. Overall, it is very disappointing. ... show more

Would get 5 stars if all lights worked as expected - only 2 of the 3 worked and reached out to the manufacturer per box insert instructions but no reply from them so lacking in the customer service area as well. **UPDATING MY REVIEW to 5 stars. Was disappointed one of the lights didn't work after setting up water feature and no response from the manufacturer when I reached out to them. However, the seller reached out to offer tips for determining if was a power cord or light that was defective & then was able to send me a working replacement light as well.
