So far it is awesome! The delivery was great which was one of my concerns based on some other reviews. It was very rainy out but all three boxes showed up on the same day wrapped in a thick plastic shrink wrap to protect them from the rain. All the boxes were 99% intact. Just one or two small punctures. The product was in excellent condition, no issues at all with missing broken bent or damaged pieces. The instructions were clear enough. Everything fit together well. Delivery was fast and so far the machine looks great. I will give an update once I've used the machine for a couple of weeks if there are any issues. But so far I'm super impressed with the purchase.

First of all I would like to point out the superb customer service that resolved all of the issues I encountered. Some items were damaged during shipping and they were super responsive and eager to help resolve my concerns. Now onto the item itself, very satisfied with it now that it’s fully assembled, it did take a bit of time but then again I did the entire assembly without help. It’s extremely sturdy and the cables mechanism is very smooth, side note use some grease. I am very satisfied with my purchase and will recommend this to anyone that is hesitant at the moment and unsure. I promise you will be satisfied and the customer service will resolve any issues that you might encounter.

This product so far has become a great swap out for some old equipment that we had in our basement gym. The boxes were easy to make sense of and the product was actually a lot easier then I expected to put together. It only took my husband and I a few hours to get it up and running. Definitely nervous at first but with the attachments and everything we were able to remove not only our squat rack but our other piece of machinery with just this and it freed up more space for other equipment! Definitely a great investment piece for the price!

Since I bought this cage, I no longer need to go to the gym. The dual pulley is sturdy and so is the entire frame. You might need to buy extra accessories such as a dual hook lat pulldown bar to increase weight or a lat bar. It took me 2 hours to put together with the help of an impact drill. If you buy this, you won’t be disappointed.

If you are looking for a home gym, you should strongly consider this one. I am very glad I decided to go with the SupGym despite the apparent lack of reviews at the time I made my purchase. This set-up is excellent quality, especially at this price! The J cups are robust, the pulley carriages are really nice, the cables are high quality, it’s compact, it’s sturdy, and it’s super versatile. I even removed the rear weight plate storage so that I could place it next to the wall for extra space saving. It’s easy to use and the assembly instructions were easy to understand. I am super happy with my purchase, and recommend anyone in the market for a home gym to go ahead and get this. It’s great. Also, the customer service is excellent, which is a rarity these days. A box was damaged in shipping and some hardware was lost, but Anj, the customer service rep, was perfect and resolved everything promptly. There is value in a company with attentive and prompt customer service and they definitely deserve a shout out for that!

Great value for the money. I get all my workouts done on this machine. I did have a small issue but it was remedied by the company quickly, they helped me out very much. So exceptional customer service !! I would recommend this to anyone who is starting a home gym.
