I am 69 years old, about 20 lbs. overweight, and out of shape. Otherwise, in good health. I still work full time in an office environment. I started tracking my steps and found I was walking about 2600 steps per day. I started adding 200 steps per day each week and worked my way up to 5000 steps. This is a good level for improved health, but some days it's a challenge to work this into the routine. That's why I bought this. It was a little challenging to install the columns and tray. The instructions aren't great, and I'm not handy, but I managed it in about 30 minutes. The base treadmill is sturdy, takes up very little space, and I'm finding it easy to use and to get in my daily steps. I haven't yet connected the Bluetooth, so I can't comment on that yet. I am not yet able to walk without holding on having an issue with balance. My one warning is that if you lean on the columns too much, they will drop down, and this could cause an accident. It doesn't matter how much I tighten the bolts. I am careful, and this is not a major concern, but it's worth one star. It's possible that I didn't install correctly, but I don't think so. I do think that my balance will improve. Overall, I think this is a great value for the money. It's going to do what I want it to do assuming that it will last for a long time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Love the size of this walking pad. Great condition besides some warped/bent pieces found during assembly. Left arm bolt looks stripped and won’t turn at all to tighten, just spins no matter what direction you turn it to. And then the table pieces when connected have small gaps. But besides those things the walking pad runs great and not super noisy. Would recommend to buy just hope you get some better luck with the bolts. Plus comes with a fit watch! ... show more

For 300$ I can’t complain much. I use this for walking/running. I’m a pretty small female and I feel like the belt is narrow so I have to almost look down a little to see where I’m running on the belt. Used it for 2 weeks , damn thing auto stop on me while running at 6 mph I flew to the front , for the price and been new it’s a no no , that could of hurt someone really bad
