It's a little pricey but offers almost triple the fiber of typical supplements (8g vs 3g). I don't know how well it tastes in water but it mixes in fine with smoothies, oatmeal, or coffee. It didn't make me gassy or increase my "movements", but I work hard to get at least 25g of fiber daily. If you're starting from less than that you may notice some GI changes.

Big science nerd here so I bought this to increase the amount of fiber in my diet. Tastes good and I feel like it's helping. Definitely improves my macros for which I'm thankful and it's quick and easy Has a slight ~bready~ flavor to it which I thought would be off putting, but it's surprisingly pleasant.
