These are the insoles recommended by podiatrists. They are expensive, but work well. It was necessary to trim these insoles to fit my shoes, using scissors (as instructed by the product). Since these insoles wear out with the typical use of shoes, it is necessary to purchase them for each new pair of shoes. This adds significantly to the cost of each new pair of shoes, but to avoid the foot condition (plantar fasciitis) this is necessary. ... show more

I was very hopeful these would help my plantar fasciitis, but I couldn’t wear them for more than a week. I have high arches and there’s no arch support with these. I ditched these and switched to Currex RunPro that have 3 options depending on your arch. My feet feel soooo much better! If you have high arches, I would look elsewhere.
