low price. easy to assemble, but the floor is difficult to install. instructions not so good for the floor piece. buy a long screwdriver, phillips head, or use a ratchet for the phillips head screw driver. it is easy to strip (damage) the screws (N). use vaseline on the screws to help screw them in. the open/close/lock mechanism is the round handle, not the keyed lock. very easy to setup for longgun storage. any lockable metal cabinet is good for gun storage, this one not so tough, but definitely good enough. a pro thief can enter any safe. I would buy again.

OK safe for the price. 2 hours to assemble. One problem is the Electronic Lock. It mentions useing the "Settings Button" but does not say what button this is. At this point I cannot change the factory code of 1234 to the code I want. The instructions also say to press the 00 button, there is no 00 button. There is a 0 but that does nothing.

Greate quality for price, easy assembly as I did it by myself. No downsides just what I needed. Not too big or too small, fits 4-5 rifles easily with ammo rack and pistol hangers. Even has a little light for when I open it!

1st off I wanna say that this is hard to beat for the price and does what I need it to do. They did however send me the wrong safe because its different than other reviewers and only has 1 shelf not 3 like in the discription. Assembely was easy, just follow the instruction like you would building a cat tree or cheap furnature. Took me about 70 minutes from start to finish and that was with a cat getting in the way the whole time. let me share with you the things I like about it and then tell you about my many lil nitpicks. 1. Keeps roommates, guests, cleaning lady and children from accessing your guns. 2. good price, over the years I have seen simular safe/lockers go for $200-$300 so for $156 after shipping and tax is a good deal. 3. fits my 3 long guns and my 9 pistols, no longer have to have multiple safes all over, I can keep everything in one place and stack ammo on top of it. 4. I like that the key pad has actual buttons, I have had bad experences with touch screen key pads and never had an issue with button key pads. Now to the complaints. 1. Thin as it gets, this is like 1/16th of an inch cheap sheet metal, my pocket knife is thicker and I could stab through the back or sides no joke. Or a person could cut a hole with a grinder in 2 minutes or less, this will not keep out a rober with a few tools or offer any real fire protection like a real safe. 2. The self is ajustable but doesnt go low enough in my opinion, with it at the lowest point I barly have room for my pistols and then too much extra hight for my long guns. I gess the design is focused more on accommodating long rifles than space up top for hand guns. 3. the light is a joke, ditch that lil led and lower the price because the buyer will have to add extra lights anyways. I added 2 motion sensor lights, one up top to shine on the pistols and one under the shelf to shine on the long guns. 4. claims to hold 10-12 rifles but thats maybe 10/22's or muskets, something shapped like a stick, nothing wide or with a scope. I only have 3 long guns in there and they are taking up like half the space and it maybe has room for 2 or 3 more long guns so realisticly it holds like 5 or 6 with out being ovely cramed and everything getting beat up not no 10-12 ROFL 5. On the inside of the door the top 2 pistol holders are worthless! If you put anything in them the door wont shut. Could be because I have the shelf as low as it would go but if you raise the shelf so the pistols in the door have clearence then you cant put any pistols up top. 6. The foam parts that you attach to the walls to help hold the rifles slide into slots in the safe so you can raise or lower them but they dont really stay in place when adding or removing a long gun, theres screw holes so I thought maybe you screw it down after ptting it in the spot you want but the scews it comes with are too big and theres nothing to scew into after. It did come with 5 lose screws not in a bag or labeled and not on the list of parts in the instruction manual. I would also need 6 not 5 if I was meant to use those but theres still nothing to screw into! This part has left me scratching me head. 7. I also discovered the safe you get is not the same safe that are shown by reviewers. They look very close but mine just has 2 rails to attach the foam inserts, the other reviewers had this pannel you hook them into and they got corner shelves that hook into that pannel as well, I didnt get any corner shelves. It also looks like they can lowe their top shelf much more than I can mine which was the whole reason I bought this. I ordered this safe based off the photos from other people's reviews but they have a different safe. I suspect whats beeing sold is a different safe than whats being reviewed and and is listed. It clearly says 3 shelves but only comes with one and the instructions dont show 3 or have a step for the 2 corner shelves. The old bait and switch.
