Nice gun safe ! Locking system is easy to operate and provides 2 backup methods. one security key operated, the other supplemental power supply for electronic lock module. Unfortunately it is constructed of light sheet steel and not very difficult to cut thru. Determined thief would have access fairly quickly. Light construction makes it easy to move so reinforcing the securing points is necessary. It will be functional for keeping kids and other unauthorized family members from ready access to firearms stored within this gun safe.

Customer service is the best I have ever encountered. My package looked like it had been dropped. The end was a bit pushed in. Took photos then opened it up. The inner box was also damaged on the corner and this translated through to the safe. The hinge side corner was damaged and the door did not open or close properly. Customer service had a new one delivered within days. Second one undamaged. Value to product is high. It is just what I needed. The instructions are better than most and if you read them slowly you should be able to figure them out. So far the fingerprint lock works good. I think it would take some time to bust this open. If I didn’t have an alarm system in my house and a responsive police department, I would go with a more heavy duty safe.

Horrible instructions. Put one part on upside-down. The screws strip out instantly so we could not back them out to correct the mistake so, it's together but wrong, which means he can't install and use the shelf without custome modification that he's not sure will even work. Not worth the hassle of trying to return assembled because it won't come apart. Also it's pretty flimsy. 3 stars is generous.

low price. easy to assemble, but the floor is difficult to install. instructions not so good for the floor piece. buy a long screwdriver, phillips head, or use a ratchet for the phillips head screw driver. it is easy to strip (damage) the screws (N). use vaseline on the screws to help screw them in. the open/close/lock mechanism is the round handle, not the keyed lock. very easy to setup for longgun storage. any lockable metal cabinet is good for gun storage, this one not so tough, but definitely good enough. a pro thief can enter any safe. I would buy again.

I got nervous when I say for a couple days in a row that the shipping label had been created but no actual movement when I reached out to the seller they were quick to respond and actually heard me and didn't dismiss me. They followed up and made sure they were working on it and wanted to know that I did receive the package and if everything was ok with it. The safe itself is actually pretty impressive for the price point it's really easy to put together, they must have redone the instructions because they were easy to follow and once it's put together it feels pretty solid. The door/locking mechanism is easy to program and the fingerprint sensor is quick and I would say just as reliable as the sensor on my phone. I really don't have anything bad to say about it. There's even and external battery pack that plugs into the front of the lock in case the battery dies you can get power to the lock to open it on the off chance the 2 keys provided are not accessible at the time. If needed I would buy another one. It looks exactly like the picture. Is it as secure feeling as a big giant safe from bass pro shop for 1k+ of course not but shoved into a closet and secured this things going no where.
