    • Fantastic customer service and a decent product for the price!
In life we all have choices what to buy and who to buy from. Saying this, it was a absolute pleasure working with this company to arrange for our delivery. Everything was done in a most professional manor. Now for a non bias opinion for the quality of the furniture. I feel for the price paid this is very good quality. 1- After assembly the furniture feels solid and sits solid and is comfortable. 2- This set is truly adjustable to so many different ways you can lay this furniture out. This feature alone beats most competitors who sell furniture like this. 3- We purchased 4 end tables and ordering two more as we have each seat in an oval layout with everyone having their own table. This is another feature most competitors can't offer. 4- The true test of outdoor furniture is how one might care for the product. We purchased covers for every piece of this set to protect the wicker and the cushions from the Florida heat and weather. The only thing I feel needs improvement in the construction besides the 4 corner steel crossbars to support the seat from caving in, it also needs one to be put in the middle also for true support. The middle area of support only has a wicker weave that I feel "Might" give in in a very short time depending on ones weight. We also noticed that the back cushions seemed like the foam inside was cut a little short not giving a full foam feel for the back. But all and all for the money this is a very good buy but time will tell how it wears being protected with covers. Working with a company that cares about the consumer is also important when considering a purchase like this. I will post this review on all the items I have purchased. ... show more

I absolutely love this set it's perfect for around the firepit, I also contacted the company through Amazon to purchase replacement covers for the seats and they were able to help me out. You can't find replacement covers anywhere that'll fit the curvature of the seats, but by contacting the Sunsit company, they were able to help me out, they were very attentive and fast with my order. If I do any more projects in my backyard that will give me space for more furniture, I'll definitely purchase more from them, the quality is great and so is their customer service.     • Uncomfortable and material is very scratchy.
Loved the look of this set for my gazebo, so purchased it last summer. Unfortunately I find myself avoiding going out to sit on it because the cushions are uncomfortable and the material is scratchy. Spent too much money on this to not use if very often. I have contacted the seller to see if by chance they offer a better selection of replacement cushions. Otherwise I will have to spend more money than the actual set to get some custom ones made. Just know that if you purchase it, the cushions (both head and legs) are just not that well made. ... show more

    • Sturdy and comfortable
We purchased this set a while ago and just put it together. It went together nicely, easiest with 2 people but doable alone, and is sturdier than I thought it would be. The cushions are comfortable if not luxurious. Plenty nice for our patio at a good price.
