I really like the color and performance of the luggage so far, only have utilized once, so far but there were no instructions included in the packaging, had to google how to set code for TSA lock, very frustrating trying to open suitcase, once I got it open, purchased a lock and will probably never use the combination lock. Because it is a very vibrant color set, it did get scuffed up, it would be nice if the manufacturer provides instructions on how to clean and remove scuff marks. So far, my suitcase suite has served me well. I had an issue with one, but the company quickly resolved it and was very customer service oriented. I love the color, which is easy to identify on the airport carousel. The three sizes are perfect for my whole family.

I had never had the 4 rollers on a suitcase before. It rolls so easy! I like the color, the lighter blue. It stands out in the sea of black of other suitcases. Zipping the hard sided is something to used to. Sometimes it falls into the other side. I like the inside straps for keeping the clothes from moving as well as the zippered panel in the 2 larger sizes. So far so good, these have already survived two separate trips with no problems. Easy to quickly maneuver around. They’re holding up very well. I love the amount of space this luggage set allows for compared to others that I have had in the past.

I liked the luggage a great deal. However, on one of the pieces the handle automatically drops without my pushing the button to make it drop. It was quite annoying. I imagine it was a fluke and not something that every piece of luggage would do.
