Looked around a lot, before buying this suitcase. Had never heard of the brand name, but the reviews were good, and the price was low. Figured even if it didn't pan out, I hadn't spent a lot of money. Just returned from a two week trip to Japan, where my suitcase got shipped between 6 different cities (their nation-wide 'luggage transfer' system is incredible, and cheap. No more hauling of luggage onto busy trains/subways, or buses!). So numerous people were handling my luggage, and it held up well. Hardly any scuff marks. Glad I chose the Wine Red color, as it stands out well, when retrieving luggage, and it doesn't tend to show dirt/scuff marks like the light colored ones do. This was my first time using a hard shell, and I purposely chose the type that was expandable. BUT ... I wasn't sure how durable the zippers would be. It felt like that would be 'the weakest link' in the entire system. So I decided to double-strap my suitcase, every time it was transported, thereby taking the pressure off of the zippers. Worked great. One strap vertical, one horizontal. Snugged down tight. I also position the buckles on my straps, so that they aren't getting thrashed by the other 50 bags piled ON TOP of mine in the cargo-hold of the airlines. I KNOW, I stacked bags for way too long, for one of the major airlines. Move your buckles, so that the vertical strap buckle is at the bottom (down between your wheels), and your horizontal one is positioned on one of the zippered sides. Works great, no more broken buckles. Do yourself a favor, and double-strap your luggage. Especially those of you, who are complaining about 'zipper failure' on your stuffed suitcase. You can thank me later. Try this suitcase. Rolls great, handle adjusts easily, and I was able to pack 2 weeks clothes (using 'compression bags, which work great!). No sense spending $200 - $300 for a suitcase, unless you just got to HAVE some catchy brand name.

I love this luggage, very sturdy, they wheels are great with swivel and made very well. All the pieces fit inside each other. only thing was that the package was torn open and smashed in 2 corners, but thankfully the luggage was not damaged. I love the dark blue color and all the ways it zippers.

The hard side casing seems to be durable enough and holds a lot of luggage. The wheels are sturdy but now on my 2nd time using the set, the zipper has split open after trying to zip it closed and it’s not even stuffed. I wish I had seen the reviews about the zipper being a problem before purchasing.

I fly at least once a month for work, and so far United and AA haven't managed to break it (owned for 6 months now). The big one fits an absolutely ridiculous amount of clothing. I can pack at least a week's worth. I would highly recommend getting orange to spot your bag more easily, but someone in Pittsburgh almost walked away with my orange bag thinking it was their orange bag. At your own risk there. Two year update: It finally died. It went back and forth to Eastern Europe about 12 times, loaded into all manner of trunks and cargo lockers, dragged through the actual dirt for about a half mile every time, and once thrown in the back of a van with a dozen other bags to evacuate a wildfire. It got walked the entire length of St. Charles Ave in NOLA twice, with someone spilling a full daiquiri on it. It was dragged through all of Athens, Greece, between two subway lines and three neighborhoods because its owner can't read directions. It fell out of the back of a pickup at 45mph on a dirt road somewhere on the UT/AZ boarder. It's spent weeks at DEN by itself being not loaded onto aircraft. It's hauled 6in high pressure flanges across state lines for me. It's been over checked bag weight limit no less than 5 times, once at the over 100lbs mark. Alas, the zipper, of all things, completely detached this morning. I could probably fix it with some time and effort, but with what it's been through, it's time to let it rest. Godspeed you great, massive orange roller bag. The other two bags are alive and kicking, I just mostly travel for work and need to carry A Lot of things at once. Three more people almost walked away with it thinking it was their orange bag. One took it home for the night. Be very careful with an unusual color bag, add a few stickers or something.

This is the second set of luggage we’ve bought from this brand. That right there should tell you something! It is very sturdy and doesn’t feel flimsy or overly heavy when empty. It rolls great, and has held up well with only minor minor scratching on a couple of vacations thus far. My only complaint is that the mint green is indeed, as other reviewers have mentioned, a lot lighter in person than in pictures, but it is still a very pleasant color. All in all, I highly recommend this luggage for anyone looking for something sturdy, lightweight, easy to maneuver, and at a lower cost than lots of other “name brands”!

I purchased the three-piece luggage set in the color champagne. I received it today and absolutely love it! Not only is it beautiful luggage, but the quality of it is exceptional. The luggage is sturdy, the wheels glide with ease, the zippers slide easily, and the combination locks were very easy to set. I also had no difficulties unlocking once I had set my combination. I only wish that I had purchased this set sooner! I will definitely be recommending this luggage to others! Overall, this luggage was a great value for the price that I paid! Very happy with this purchase!
