I've read a few negative reviews, criticizing the durability of the suitcase. Sure, if you fill it up half and sit on it, it will get dented/broken. The handle will also break, if you fill it up with laptops, full bottles of liquid and stuff above the typical 40 lb of a cabin bag. But if you use it according to its purpose I seriously doubt you'll have any issues. It's a really nicely looking suitcase, easy to move around, the cup holder is so fun to use for a water bottle or a coffee cup (with a lid), while I have not plugged a battery in yet to test if/how it will look mounting my phone there. I like the suitcase but not the battery compartment. You have to remove all of your clothing to take it out when you have to gate check the luggage. The strap on the small bag was sewn on wrong and could not be untwisted straight. Wheels are not smooth rolling like some of my other 4 wheel bags. It's sturdy and the wheels work great. very happy with the purchase A suggestion: if you plan on using the battery pack put it in your carry on and install it after security. It’s a carry-on two piece of luggage it is black it has another carry-on. I enjoyed rolling around in the Airport getting on and off the plane was very easy the wheels move easy it’s just not expendable that was the only downfall it’s not very big but it’s a carry-on, so it can’t be very big, but that expandable feature would have worked for me being gone for 10 days Had to purchase another piece of luggage the cupholder and the charging port worked out beautiful had a two hour layover, took it vantage of the cupholder and charging my laptop and cell phone while waiting at the airport loved it I just wish it had a expendable feature with it. The side is good. The cupholder is great UBS charging port was great just switch it had the expendable feature. The extra piece did come in handy. It had a personal bag with it. you could put it up under the airport seat 💺 it does fit up under there very well.
