I'm expecting a brand new one not a beat one thats been used multiple times. I am so disappointed to receive this luggage all scratched and chipped on the back and the bottom and all the corners and sides. You could tell someone bought it and returned it after used!!! Very very disappointed. It should have been listen as "used" items not brand new. So so disappointed!!!

This is a great price for an entire set so I’ll start with pros and cons. I have some great carryons so I only used the largest check in bag. This review is for the large check-in on only. The good: nice price point for an ENTIRE SET. Looks stylish and I like the color options. Has some innovative features with the luggage piece that is available on all three sizes / cup holder, charging holder. Built in feet for when you lay it on the side and open the clamshell. It’s lightweight. Swivel, 360. The not so good: biggest pain point - the wheels don’t roll effortlessly especially when it’s full and heavy. The suitcase requires a lot of effort to keep it moving or to pivot it. My other check in was larger and pivoted much easier. So an upgraded wheel- smoother wheel would make a world of difference. The largest bag check bag still felt a bit on the smaller side when I was packing. The capacity didn’t feel as large as previous luggage. The questionable: The charging port/pocket doesn’t make sense for the checked luggage sizes bc you can’t check lithium batteries. So just make sure you’re not setting up a charging battery for the checked luggage. It could make sense if you’re using it for ground travel.

This luggage set is great! Each piece has the usb port, cup holder & hooks to hang a tote or purchase bag. Other sets with similar features were alot more money! It rolls super smoothly, looks sharp (navy blue) & seems like it will function well. (Haven’t gone anywhere yet). My husband is very happy with his birthday gift! I would recommend!

The handle is a problem. When extending, the tabs do not push out far enough to keep the locking mechanism in place. While walking the handle will fall repeatedly causing you to loose your grip and balance on the suitcase. Thought it was only the carry-on, but the checked bag does it as well. Very disappointed since the bag comes with the cup/device holder and charging port built into the bag.

Gave a star for a very cute and stylish color. Good price point, but you get what you pay for. Very poor quality and this luggage set will not last. We checked the large bag with American Airlines at just under 50 lbs and the plastic is so cheap it broke over the wheel and was scuffed up all over. This was after just a one way checked baggage trip. On the way home, we also checked the carry on bag at a much lower weight and when we got it back, it too was splitting through the plastic. I would not recommend this luggage and we are returning our set, as it couldn’t even hold up for one trip.
