This product arrived damaged, with an approximately 2 inch hole on the side. This fountain has a fiberglass outer shell with an inner core. Unfortunately, there is an approximate 1/4 inch gap between the inner core and the thin outer shell making it susceptible to cracking/breaking when pressure is applied. Unfortunately, I am in a time crunch and don't have time to deal with a return so I am going to try to patch it. Other than the damage part, I do like the size and appearance of the fountain.

The water fall is great once in place and operating. I had to overcome leaks between the upper two sections as the water falls. The design allows water to fall back into the joint between sections which finds its way to the sides missing the lower reservoir. Water is continually lost. My solution was to use silicone sealant along the joint to prevent water entry. I also installed a hose clamp on the top connector to eliminate any leakage there. Once these were done, all is fine. The waterfall ledges should be redesigned to slant outward rather than inward so that water is not directed to section joints.

The color of the waterfall is hideous yellow on an inside with the yellow highlight on the outside. If you look for a stone or rock like color, it is the wrong choice. I ended up buying 2 cans of brown spray paint to cover the ugly sight. One star for ugly and unrealistic color!!!!

After running this 3 times for approx 1 hour each time the paint/finish came OFF the tiers where water flows and now those areas are white. Not very realistic looking now.

It's pretty and has a nice height, but: 1) even cleaning the pump every other day of debris, it only lasted three months, 2) the receiving threading for the screws that hold it in place when stacked in position are poorly placed, and the screws on mine don't seat completely, 3) I had to drill out the space for the electrical cord to fit properly out the back. Still, for the price, it's not bad; if you can keep it in a place that is protected from wind debris it may last longer.

This fountain arrived cracked because both interior and exterior packaging were almost completely destroyed. But fortunately crack was not in a critical area and fountain is usable without repair. The pump looked very small but delivers a surprising volume of water. Overall I really like it!

This is a great fountain. However the color shown in the picture is way way off when I received the fountain I was very disappointed in the color it was A yellow brown color therefore I had to repaint the whole entire fountainI really wouldn’t recommend spending this amount of money on something that has to be completely repainted.
