Pros: I bought it because I had severe pain in the Achilles heel that practically did not allow me to walk and this product has helped a lot to solve my problem. Cons: Maybe the price is a little expensive considering that there are already many similar shoe insoles on the market at a lower price. Probably about half the life of my current tennis shoes I put these things in there, mostly because of the fact that if I stepped on a small rock it'd hurt, but it made the shoes more comfortable. When walking around on concrete all day its nice to have a cushion. Currently the shoes are almost falling apart they have been walked in so much and these insoles are still holding up well. No holes have been warn into them. The fabric has started to mildly come off but not bad. For my sketchers steel toe shoes they came with this like squishy memory foam stuff for the soles. After a summer of building a house wearing them my feet started to hurt after standing/walking around for like 6-10 hrs straight. Got a new pair of these, put them in there and the shoes feel like new!! Only thing I have seen that happens, if you don't remove the soles that was already in your shoes, your heel will be a little bit higher and it'll start to wear out the back of your shoes faster. I bought these to add to a pair of my work shoes. I have an expensive set in my walking shoes that were triple the price and are only slightly more supportive. I plan on buyin a fe more of these so I dont have to switch. Great arch support for me

I have had 3 pairs of these. I think they're great except there is not enough cushioning. I am now exploring other options. Still my go to until I can find something softer with the same support.

These have provided me with extra comfort and made my athletic shoes much more comfortable, even more comfortable than the insoles that came with my shoes. However, I can tell that they are not going to last along time and we'll need to be replaced.

I decided to try out these inserts, because -- much as I love running around in my UGG and BearPaw-type boots during the winter, I really miss a supported fit. These inserts were reasonably priced, and they are perfect for the job. They fit in the boots well (which tend run oversize for comfort plus they stretch with wear). These insoles were great only thing is they last around a good 3 month of use for work. Also need to make them a bit more comfortable the plastic at the toes are stiff.

I have terrible arches and this really helped provide support. I’ll admit they took a few weeks to get used to but after wards, my feet stopped hurting and I could see the wear on my boots was more even. Totally recommend.
