I've only used the fire pit twice so far but it has been a tremendous addition to our backyard lifestyle. It is easy to move (not to heavy, but heavy enough to be solidly built) and has all of the features you'd expect in a fire pit. Plus, this one is nice and large. You can have a really nice-sized fire in this pit!

I received this yesterday. It came earlier than promised. It is easy to assemble and seems to be well made. We have not yet had a fire in it. Although the cauldron is made of fairly heavy gauge metal, I have some concerns. First, it looks like a season or two of fires will burn right through the bottom. I have ordered a heavy iron grate to hold the logs up off the bottom. I am also skeptical of the air flow with logs sitting on the bottom. The grate will allow for better circulation. Second, there is one fairly small hole in the bottom for drainage in the event of rain. And it is under some kind of long narrow vent cover. One fire and this hole will be useless. But, with the addition of the grate and a few more holes, this thing might end up lasting a while. Looks nice. My wife and I both like it.

Use it on the patio - the large size allows us to get a good strong fire going. We have spent more time around the fire this year than ever before - to meet with people distanced. Good solid quality product. Purchased a cover separately - we had to go to a larger size cover (40", even though the firepit is 32") since the cover is curved. The only issue I have is with cleaning up the ashes - have to either vacuum it up or scrape it up. It becomes a muddy mess if the ashes get wet inside the pit.

Bought this fire pit in August 2020 and used it throughout the seasons as I slowly cleaned up my 1.5 acre wooded yard. I must have burned a few dozen cords of wood over 4+ years. Highly recommend to anyone who has a lot of wood to burn or who likes to have a big fire every once in a while. You can easily fit 10 standard size split logs in it before you’re piling it above the top of the bowl! I just bought a replacement in December 2024 since the metal bowl rusted/burned through in many places on the bottom. Can’t stress it enough that I made very large fires going for several hours at a time as I cleaned up my large yard since I found it faster to burn sticks & logs than bag/bundle it for garbage pickup. I personally feel it wouldn’t have rusted through if I always had it covered from the rain. I suggest purchasing a fire pit cover so it last longer. I normally always had it covered but usually had bad luck with rain occurring the night of a fire when I couldn’t cover it because it was too hot. I may consider drilling a small hole in the middle of my new one to allow rain water to drain.
