I purchased the squat rack a few years ago and have been so happy with it. It’s simple, easy to move, and gets the job done without being too bulky or in the way. So when I saw there was now a lat pull-down attachment I had to have it. I’m so happy with it too. It’s sturdy and easy to assemble. I did it myself without any help and fit maybe took me an hour. I will say the slide mechanism was a little sticky at first but I sprayed some WD40 on it and it moves easily now. Also the top little prongs that are supposed to hold the pull-down bar at the top don’t really do much so I just let the bar hang. Other that that love it. Highly recommend. ... show more

My kids are getting into lifting weights so we bought this as a Christmas present. It is great quality! We are very impressed with it. We also purchased the lat pull which is what I use. It moves smoothly and is easy to add weights. My kids do squats and it's nice how easily you can move the bar holders (they probably have a technical term but idk it). They have not tried chin ups but I'm sure it would hold and we haven't even screwed it into the floor yet. I would definitely recommend this to a friend. ... show more

It was easy to install, and I was able to do it without anyone helping me hold anything. Ratchets made it quicker but no tools were required that weren’t included. Nothing arrived damaged. It’s easy and intuitive to use. It’s so much more convenient than the cheap single pulley kit that I had to keep taking off and putting back on. It’s way more functional as well. Yes, it is worth buying this. If you’re looking for cable attachments similar to what the commercial gyms provide, this is the product for you. Not only is the attachment really great for back workouts but you can also use it for other muscle group like shoulders, biceps, triceps, and etc. It is very simple to put together and attach to the Sunny Health & Fitness Powerzone half rack. I advise to attach it to the closest position to the base because that part was unclear in the instruction manual. I attached it to a further position at first and it did not function properly so make sure you attach it as close to the base as possible as the last picture I have provided. You will also need to buy a silicone based lubricant for the pole where the weight-holder attachment goes up and down otherwise you will experience a lot of friction. I wouldn’t recommend using any other type of lubricant because it might rust or damage the pole. I highly recommend this attachment with the Powerzone half rack. ... show more

The lat pulldown works great with everything being easy to use and durable. My only complaint was that my chrome bar (the bar that the counterweight slides on) was slightly dented during the shipping. Despite this, it still works perfectly fine though.
