I bought this to see if the home gym thing was going to work for me. I’d recommend the dip bar attachment as well. I do keep at least 90# of weight on the rack whe using it just for balance because my garage floors a little uneven.

I recently purchased these dip bar rack attachments for my home gym and while they are sturdy and well-built, I have noticed that they are starting to rust after just a few days of use. On the positive side, the dip bars themselves are strong and can support a good amount of weight. They are easy to attach to my power rack and provide a good range of motion for my dips and other exercises. However, the rusting issue is a major concern for me. Not only is it unsightly, but it also raises questions about the durability of the product over the long term. I worry that the rusting may eventually compromise the structural integrity of the dip bars, which could potentially lead to a safety issue. Additionally, I'm disappointed that the dip bars started to rust so quickly. I expected them to hold up better under normal use and was hoping to get more use out of them before having to deal with any rust issues. Overall, while I appreciate the sturdiness and functionality of these dip bar rack attachments, the rusting issue is a major drawback. I would recommend them with caution and advise potential buyers to keep an eye on any signs of rusting and address them promptly.

I would like to say I am a beginner to the joys of weightlifting. This setup works well at so many levels. First up, the rack is super easy to setup without a cluster of pieces to put together. Had it up in under 2 hours tops. The rack itself is pretty sturdy. It may not be a true blue 11.gauge rack that costs 2x as much. But when loaded with over 300 lbs in weights it holds down without a whimper. I use the rack everyday for all my barbell exercises. Unfortunately at 82" the pull up bar is too short for me at 5'10" - I try to collapse my legs but it doesn't feel natural. Other than that I love the look and feel, the ease of moving the restraints around. I invested in the land.mine attachment and barbell holder and its made this so much more potent as a setup. Thoroughly enjoy it. Spend the extra 200$ and get this and you won't have any clutter storing weights as well.
