First of all I'd like to say that I love this product very much. The quality is very good, easy to install -I did it all by myself- the price is just right..so definitely it's worth buying! The canopy made out of a very sturdy material and does a good job of keeping the sun and light rain off. It was easy to get onto the corners and the velcro held it in place very well. Height adjustment is very simple all you have to do is pushing the orange latches to lower or raise the frame.. I love the wheeled bag it's made out of a heavy duty material, easy to roll and make the life waaay easier. I was hesitant to purchase it first but I'm glad I did it anyways as this canopy improved my quality of life with giving me more access to enjoy my backyard on the rainy NY days as well. ... show more

This canopy is great for quick outdoor shade! Easy to “install” & “take down” I live in a state with minimal rain/storms but the one sandy storm took this thing out but Sannimax is such great customer service they are replacing due to the freak accident! Would definitely buy again for friends /family ... show more

This is a great easy up and down sun shade. Follow the clear instructions and the tent is pretty stable. The company is also top notch. I had an issue with my order and they went over and beyond my expectations in order to solve it.

Great pop up tent, perfect for over the hot tub. We had a little wind storm which caused the tent to take flight ( use those stakes) and two of the brackets broke. We contacted customer service which promptly sent replacements even though it was the winds fault. Great company, fast response and replacement. ... show more

I haven't used this yet but the first thing I found after unpacking was one of the wheels is broke on the storage bag and cant turn. Will update about the rest of tent after first use next week.

    • Customer service is top-notch, not to be used in severe weather
Update: I reached out to the seller to ask about warranty / replacement options. They responded saying they would cover a replacement. I am still waiting for the replacement but the customer service has been very responsive and customer-focused. Original Review: We set up this canopy outside on our deck, it was easy to assemble and looks great. However, a couple weeks after purchase and setup, there was a rainstorm with some wind. The canopy completely snapped from the force of the wind, causing water to pool up inside the canopy which then caused further breakages. If you are planning on using this product only in good weather, then this canopy works great. If you need something that would endure wind and rain, you'd be better off getting something more sturdy that is built for extreme weather conditions. ... show more

This was purchased as a gift. It arrived in good time, and was set up within the week for a friend, the recipient. We set up in mildly windy weather, with rain forecast. There had been tornado warnings. Once we knew the worst of the weather was past, according to the forecast, was when we set up this canopy. Three other canopies from another company were already set up. What none of us expected was a sudden deluge and more high winds. All the canopies were holding up well until there was a wind shear. One of the canopies upended, despite being well tethered to the ground, and slammed on top of this new canopy. The new canopy collapsed under the weight. It took four of us, in the wind and heavy rain, to remove the older damaged canopy from the new one, and we expected the worst. The new canopy, this product, was bent over but when we lifted it back into an upright position it seemed fine. Two of the ribs were bent (they may in time prove troublesome) and there were slight rends where the wind had tried to pull the canopy from the Velcro attachments, but overall the canopy survived the wind and the slamming of the other canopy on top of it. We were all quite impressed. If this hadn’t been brand new and a gift I would not have written to the company, but it was and I did. The company responded quite quickly and when they learned what happened offered to send a new canopy top. This was also very impressive. On further discussion about how to possibly reinforce the two bent ribs against potential future issues, they decided to send a whole new canopy. This is above and beyond, and we’re all very grateful. This is good customer service. ... show more

This canopy held water on every edge. Fabric was too loose. It seemed to be ok but only lasted 3 weeks. Second rain took it out. Left a bad review and customer service reached out to me to make it right. They sent me another canopy even though I was out of warranty so that's excellent. They did mention that this canopy was for sun only. "As written on the instruction manual, we suggest our customers take it down if there is rain, wind, snow or other inclement weather conditions." So we will get it out when it gets too sunny. I gave 4 stars for the excellent Customer Service!!!! ... show more
