Material Type: Easy PA

Features

  • 1High Strength and Impact Resistance- SUNLU EASY nylon filament has tensile strength and bending strength exceeding that of regular PLA/ABS, ensuring durability.
  • 2Excellent Drop Resistance- PA 3D printer filament resists damage from abrasion and friction, it very suitable for high-stress parts such as gears and bearings, and has excellent drop resistance.
  • 3Low Shrinkage & Warp-Free- Nylon 6/66 copolymer formula minimizes shrinkage during printing, preventing warping and cracking for complex geometries with reliable dimensional accuracy.
  • 4High-Temperature Resistance- EASY PA has a heat deflection temperature of 121C, ensuring stability in harsh environments (such as engine compartments, electronic equipment housings), and its performance is better than regular filament.
  • 5Exceptional Layer Adhesion- Carbon fiber reinforcement enhances interlayer bonding, reducing delamination and fatigueperfect for dynamic parts like drone arms or robotic joints.
  • 6Annealing Settings- Heat the PA printed model to the temperature(90-130C) and then slowly cooling it to improved heat resistance, strength and better mechanical properties.
  • 7Vacuum packaging and PC spool- Vacuum packaging with aluminum foil bag offers superior sealing to prevent PA filament moisture. PC spool is resistant to high temperature of 110C, and can be dried in E2 filament dryer, making printing more efficient.

  • Exceptional Pa6-cf at a discount price!
But This is a phenominal PA6! I'll start by saying that ALL I print with are engineering filaments, PA6/12, PET, PPA/S, PAHT, PC etc and some wildcard filaments. On a Qidi Plus 4- usually with a 0.6 nozzle but i did use a 0.4 for a significant amount of these spools and had zero issues with clogs. I have a lot of experience with these filaments, cheap to absurdly expensive I have empty spools of them all. I grabbed this on a whim.. mostly because I thought the little tiny spool was cute and I was looking for a cheap PA6 I could burn through a prototype with. It arrived fairly dry- 'usable' dry out of the bag. After a test print I dried it overnight to compare and it appeared and printed identical except for 3 or 4 little goober balls that cleanly fell off the "wet/undried" print. That's a plus. Even high end filament I often find is essentially unusable out of the vac bag without an overnight dry- Good on sunlu for that! It prints extremely well- very easy. I used my one of my PA6 profiles with zero tuning. 300c, 105 bed, 0 active chamber heater (i wanted to see how the warp situation was) flow at 0.95% chamber temp was static at about 30-37c at the highest. 0 fan except full overhangs. No drama- no warping, handles bridges and overhangs like a CHAMP. One of the easiest bridging Nylon filaments I've used in a while. My fan was set to 35 or 40% is all for bridges and they were immaculate in 95% of all cases- even large bridges. Strength- its definitely up there! I was prototyping a part for a metal lathe that has to hold and resist significant sustained force and this had zero issues with it. Actually is stronger than the part it will replace. So fir a PA6 its Stiffer but still very tough- I've found a portion of pa6 filaments are either A- or B- either stiff and dry as a cracker, or tough and wet like a limp noodle. This one seems to be "just right" right off the print bed and doesn't loose its rigidity when it hydrates. Their PA6 mix is right on the money. In a blind print test I'd put this in the upper 2/3 of ANY PA6 I've printed with. Some that cost 6x as much. And on that note- it's very affordable. It's priced at the bottom of the price ladder where I usually find weak- poor printing nylons. All that to say- it's a great filament. Prints extremely well, and has exactly the PA6 properties I look for. So if sinking a hunk of money into a spool of Nylon gives you anxiety not knowing what surprise is going to show up- this is some very well behaved filament, didnt even need an actively heated chamber, very strong, interlayer adhesion @300 was perfect. ... show more

  • Great quality PA6-CF for 2A
Color: 1000g Pa6cf Black Material Type: Carbon Fiber
I really like this material. It lays down layers really nice, strong bond, easy to work with. It has a great color finish, minimum shine and very little flexibility (if that's what you are looking for. Out of the wrapper it's always pretty brittle. They are serious when they say dry it. I dry at 180f for about 4-16 hours depending on how much time I have. If you are getting blobs and zits it may be because it's got moisture. Drying helps and keeping it dry when you print is important. I have a dryer box feeding my printer at 70c as I print and when I'm done I seal it in a air tight bag with dessicant. Print SLOW. If you have a modern printer , cut all your print speeds by 75% as long as nothing is faster than 100mm/s. ... show more

  • Excellent filament by sunlu once again!
Color: 1kg Abs-gf Natural White Material Type: ABS-Glass Fiber
This ABS-GF prints beautifully and easy. The filament came in a vacuum packed sealed bag and no issues with packaging, filament was neatly wound and no tangles. Zero clogging or printing issues at 280c, adhesion was great, no warping. The GF adds additional strength interweaving through the ABS, also helping with even cooling. I love how the glass fibers eliminate any layer lines and gives the ABS the matte appearance with little specks in the finish. You couldnt tell this storage tray was 3D printed, its that good. I highly recommend this brand and filament! ... show more

  • Not Smooth. But Strong.
Color: 1000g-pa6gf Grey Material Type: PA6-Glass Fiber
This review is for the Sunlu PA6 Glass Fiber filament. Printing this right out of the box was a mess. Globs everywhere. Printing this after 48+ hours of max temp drying... Better. I have to call complete BS on SUNLU trying to sell this filament as "glass smooth" outer layers. This must be an outright lie or they are making an attempt at comedy. This is hands down the roughest garbled un-glass like outer layer I've ever printed. It feels and looks like sandpaper. Seriously. Taking pictures of the print up close reveals a myriad of tiny fibers jutting out at all directions. Pros - Extremely tough and strong print. Hands down the strongest I've printed with and I've explored all the ABS and CF filaments. Dry, this prints pretty easily albeit at high temps. Wound perfectly on a high quality spool. Cons- Sucks water out of the air. Needs to be dried for a long time before use. Useless prints if not dried. Very rough textured outer layers. Needs to be printed relatively slowly for guaranteed success. I can't stress how un-glasslike this finishes. I've pet bearded dragons with smoother skin. Image of the washer print was without drying it. Image of the bigger print was after 48+ hrs of drying. One final note. This stuff is crazy strong. I needed something very rigid and strong for a project that required a small actuator arm. This stuff worked perfectly and has yet to fail after testing it for a week. This was not the case for every other material I tried including ABS, ABS CF, and PETG. I didn’t even try with pla. ... show more

  • Do not buy the used/ open option
Color: 1000g Pa6cf Black Material Type: Carbon Fiber
Do not try and save money with the “used/open”. Figured I’d just dry it and print like normal boy was I wrong. The roll I received had been re-spooled and not well. There were two ends where the filament had broken but still been wound. Time lost and prints failed were high and the amount of jams caused by the poor re-spooling caused more issues than it was worth. I’ll give the filament another try but for this roll, and this specific item it was the worst roll of filament I have ever used. ... show more
