  • Solid Reliable Consistent Affordable
Color: 1000g Pla Black Size: 1KG
I’ve been using this SUNLU PLA for a while now and it’s been very dependable. The 1.75 mm filament feeds smoothly and I haven’t run into tangles or jams. Print quality is consistent, with good layer adhesion and a clean surface finish. I usually print around 200–210 °C and it works well with standard PLA settings. Bed adhesion has been good on both glass and textured plates, with minimal warping. The spool arrived vacuum-sealed and neatly wound, which I appreciate. For the price, this is a good quality PLA that’s easy to use and suitable for everyday prints, prototypes, and functional parts. I’d buy it again without hesitation ... show more

  • Great Filament for Lighted 3D Signs!
Color: 1000g-pla Transparent Size: 1KG
This filament doesn’t glow, but it lets light pass through really well, making it perfect for 3D-printed signs or backlit prints. It’s easy to use, prints smoothly, and offers great value for the money. Clean finish and consistent quality throughout the spool. It doesn't have a bad smell and its typical PLA temperature printing range. ... show more

  • Great filament at a great price
Color: 1kg Pla Beige Skin Size: 1KG
I recently purchased a Bambu lab printer and I was a bit hesitant to use anything but the Bambu brand. This was the first Sunlu brand filament I had used and it worked great. Great quality, low moisture content and the exact color I was looking for. No strange odors while printing. Will purchase again. ... show more

  • Smooth Printing and Great Quality!
Color: 1000g-pla Transparent Size: 1KG
This filament prints beautifully right out of the box. The diameter is very consistent, which helps prevent clogs and under-extrusion. It adheres to the bed perfectly and produces clean, strong prints with a nice finish. The spool is neatly wound, and I’ve had zero tangling issues. Excellent value for money — perfect for both beginners and experienced 3D printing users! ... show more

  • Good for strength, Bad for precision prints.
Not great for the tiny and precision matter prints. FYI, this only apply for this specific filiment, most of their filiments are great, andthe price is really compelling! Overall, I really like this PLA filament. It really strong and dense, somewhat flexible, but it is not dimensionally accurate, or at least not what they claim: +/- 0.02 mm. I'm having results anywhere from 0.03 - 0.07mm. I tried running with exact settings that the company recommends, but it still does that. Basically if im printing standing pole it will make a fat spot's, with a pretty signigicant differance. As another negative, their website is a mess, there's no useful info, and all the numbers they show on the web page do not match what is written on the spool, so troubleshooting is a nightmare. - I did dry it. - I did try to change the temperature of the nozzle, 190-240C'. - I did ran it in chainberd printer and without - And yes, I went through printer calibration like flow dynamics and rate. ... show more

  • Clear PLA is also pretty much the best PLA
Color: 1000g-pla Transparent Size: 1KG
**Update** I have a recent lightsaber project I'm putting together for my friend and tried out the silver PLA, and once again got pretty impressive results. Didn't need to do anything crazy, standard 200/60 temps and a PEI steel sheet to print on top of. The results came out really clean and I'm really pleased. Based on this I can vouch for the basic color blends as well as the clear.** If you're looking for a clear PLA that can print like glass, this one gives pretty good results. You will have to tweak your printer settings and use 100% infill in order to get there- consult youtube and websites like printables for more info. Some experimentation is probably necessary for this. What I really wanted to talk about is how good this specific blend of PLA is to print compared to most other PLAs I've ever tried. This material is not only strong (bending in the "weak direction" perpendicular to the layers this is only mildly less strong than certain tough PLA+ blends), but most importantly it prints with a consistency that outclasses most other PLAs I've tried. There are two prints specifically that highlight how good this material is for intricate or tough to print structures. A print in place MicroSD box (a popular design on thingiverse and printables), and a replica rollcage. You will notice on these websites that the PIP MicroSD box is extremely hard to print, with many people unable to get the arms to move because they've fused or are dimensionally inaccurate. I had this problem while trying my vast array of Flashforge, Inland, Creality and other filaments, but the one that did work on the first try with zero fuss and no fiddling on my ender 3 V2 was the Sunlu Clear. After printing with default no tweak printer settings, it just worked with the arms freely moving after I popped it off the bed. Similarly, I've had a heck of a time trying to print the rollcage design with other filaments, and even with Cura's revised tree supports they did not come out right. The vertical bars sometimes messed up and either failed completely or looked saggy or goopy. Frustrated after several hours of trying different settings and in particular wasted PLA, I took out the Sunlu Clear and it printed first try, and in fact it probably didn't need any supports at all except for the rear horizontal bars. Basically perfect out of the box. I never had to do anything crazy to print this material, just set the printer to 200 deg F and the bed to 60 deg bog standard settings and just let it go. I have to assume that this is likely because the clear contains less fillers than any colored blend. Regardless, if you are looking to print some complex and tough models, I would recommend giving this a try. ... show more

  • One of the best filament brands out there
Color: 1kg Pla Sunny Orange Size: 1KG
I’ve run a lot of different PLA brands through my printers, and SUNLU’s PLA filament has become one of my go-to everyday filaments. For the price, the quality is honestly hard to beat. Print Quality: The filament feeds smoothly and consistently, and dimensional accuracy seems spot-on. Every print I’ve done with this spool came out clean with good layer adhesion and almost no stringing. Surface finish is smooth with a nice, even color tone. The “Sunny Orange” is bright, vibrant, and looks great on functional and decorative prints. Ease of Use: SUNLU PLA is very forgiving — it doesn’t require any special tuning, heats fast, and sticks well to the print bed. On both textured and smooth plates, first-layer adhesion was solid. It also runs great at standard PLA temps (I used 205°C / 60°C with perfect results). Value: This is where SUNLU shines. You get a full 1kg spool, neatly wound, at a price that’s way lower than most name-brand filaments. For everyday use or prototyping, it’s one of the best values out there. ... show more
