I used to use a mix of Bambu, Creality, and some other generic brands. Didn't really have any issues with those but I have now switched to strictly Sunlu filaments. I find the colors to be more consistent for my use case. I have also not run into spool problems out of the box. I print mostly in PLA and after drying the spools beforehand I have only run into 2 problems with my prints, both probably user or setting problems. Because what I print are mostly small keychains and toys. The pricing is consistent to the market which is also an attractive point for me. So far I've used about 200 rolls, all PLA of different colors. They work in the AMS 2 Pro and regular AMS units for Bambu hardware. Pros - in my opinion this PLA is great. Good price. Consistent colors. Spools are good. Cons - they get brittle when left out of the box or dryer. Make sure to store them properly when not in use. Pretty much the same for every PLA spool from any brand.

The media could not be loaded. Easy flawless adhesion, 65° C, test print at 218° C, 120mm/s. Smooth, layers sticking VERY well. This print was purposely done with only 2 walls and minimal infill to really test the strength of the print. Couldn't be more pleased, even with 2 walls at .12, the color is vibrant and clean and consistent. Filament is dry, but it brittle. The printbis done now, and I have some minor painting of highlights to do. I will,post finished product. Seriously recommended not only for the "price" but for the QUALITY at the price. I included footage I recorded from my camera setup to monitor prints. I didn't even have to physically check one time because it printed that smoothly. (Black and white ir camera footage shows detail and shape better, color portion of recording shows vibrancy, orange pumpkin)

Good quality filament in a larger spool makes it easy to run a single color for much longer between filament swaps. This big spool won’t fit in most filament driers or a multi-spool AMS or other multi-spool filament system. Depending on how your printer is configured, you may need to print or buy a roller rack to sit this spool on, as it is to wide for many racks intended for 1 kg spools. It’s nice to have the bigger quantity roll, though, once you’re printing.

SunLu has been my go to filament for awhile. The price cannot be beat and the quality is just as good if not better than other companies filaments. There were no problems with adhesion (as long as the bed plate was clean), no stringing issues, and all the pieces that were printed looked exceptional.

I'm using the Anycubic Kobra Max and the Creality Ender V2, and this filament really works well. I've had no clogging issues, it works as advertised and end with a great product. It really performs well. Top notch stuff, all the way.

Not as great as I thought it'd be. It prints pretty well with the preset profiles in Bambu Studio, with my P1S but there's definitely a little extra buildup after the layers are printed. But all in all it print decently well - 8/10.. not perfect, not bad. And, yes, the filament was dried. The TD on this filament is VERY high. Meaning what? This filament is extremely transparent and ghosts thru to other colors... If you print a red under your white layer, your top surface will look orange, probably.... I was printing key chains on the day that I ran out of my last filament from eSun, in cold white. Since I knew I was running out of white, I decided to order from SUNLU, because in the past I had used their black and their silk gold colors and they had printed beautifully. So after my eSun white filament ran out on the last keychain, I decided to swap to the new Sunlu white pla. The only thing I changed was the white filament.... No settings were changed as far as design, or size, or anything not relating to physically changing the spool out, and then changing the filament profile from my eSun profile to the preset Sunlu PLA+ in the slicer. Good Lord was this a mistake.... With the TD being so high it looked like I had printed the whole thing in gray! The difference was MASSIVE! It's like walking into a room lit by those 4500k warm-yellow incandescent light bulbs and then walking into a room lit with new 6000k LED bulbs. The difference is staggering and bewildering!! Unless you're trying to use this as a filler, or a completely white part, with no other colors, I would skip this one and go for the brighter brands.... This one is just too low in saturation and lacking in bright pigments, for me at least.... Yikes! With my TD scanner, the eSun came in at 1.7-1.8 TD. The Sunlu brand white comes in at 5.4-5.5 TD. Both with a fairly obvious HEX color code of FFFFFF.
