This bunk bed is awesome. Just what I was looking for. It gives so much more space in my boys bedroom. I love how it has a ladder on both sides and rails all around the top. The trundle bed that pulls out is my favorite part. It is very helpful when the cousins come Over for sleepovers. The box was pretty heavy but the parts were not heavy. My boys sleep very well on this bunk bed and they say it’s super comfortable. I would recommend to have someone help put it together. I did it myself and it was a little rough. I’m giving 4 stars because on the top left side the where you screw in the top rail the holes were not lined up and I had to go get self tapping screws and make sure it was not going anywhere. It does function very well otherwise!

The media could not be loaded. This product has a very poor design. Once it was completely put together and tightened, it has a swaying to it! On top of that, the “ladder” is nothing more than thin-slick-rounded metal tubes. The bed “slats” are not slats at all… they’re the same thin metal tubes. This bed is not sturdy, safe or attractive. I wanted to return it, but I could not get all the tubes back in the packaging. The sellers only solution was a $25 dollar refund. So I put the bed back together and I’m now trying to sell it locally to try and recoup some of my money. I’ve never been more disappointed in a product or a sellers lack of cooperation. I’m getting less and less satisfied with Amazon as a whole... Too much junk being sold on this site and not enough involvement with buyer satisfaction.

Arrived promptly. Was fairly easy to put together. It is sturdy. The climbing bars function ok but are a little hard on the feet and slippery, but other than that, love it! it fit well in our small room. I love that the trundle bed can be stored out of the way when not in use, and moved to another room, if you need that extra bed elsewhere. The frame is definitely worth the money. mattresses were purchased separately, but were comfortable on the frame.

I love the way it saved me space. Love how it looks. And great for sleep overs cause you can pull them bottom for an extra space! Although I’m not sure about the stairs i feel like the bars are to thin to step on especially when barefooted
