The media could not be loaded. I did quite a bit of research before purchasing this fire pit, and I chose it because of the size, the table top design, the accessories it comes with (glass wind screen + glass fire beads + cover) and the great value for the price! I put it together solo in an hour and a half from box open to finish. It wasn’t difficult, but you do have to really pay attention to the drawings on the directions to make sure all the pieces are facing the right way before you screw them in. It also comes with a screwdriver and an Allen wrench so you don’t need extra tools. I love it! It fired up right away, with a great flame that puts out nice heat. It’s going to create fabulous ambiance on my deck! Downside: the propane tank holder is fixed inside the unit and does not roll out, so it’s a little challenging to put the propane tank in (I love that it’s hidden). The fire pit looks exactly as the picture and comes with everything you need to make the ambiance on your patio perfect. It was fairly simple to put together, and instructions were pretty straightforward. Upon receiving this item, one of the ceramic pieces that go along the edges of the pit was broken due to delivery. I reached out to customer service and sent them a few pictures, and within a week I got a package in the mail. Now here is the good part, I was only thinking I would be getting a new ceramic piece, but instead they gave me an entire new fire pit free of charge. What a pleasant surprise and a blessing. together and following directions is pretty bad. I know it has a 5-star rating for ease of assembly, but it was changeling for me. The directions are 5-star because I could assemble it which was a major accomplishment. The larger your hand the more difficult to handle all the pieces together. Anyway, I did get put together, and it looks great but, I couldn’t get the fire going. I assumed I had done something wrong. I had a professional plumber check it out and it turned out that the control panel was defective. The control panel comes assembled so you can’t mess it up. I went on Amazon to contact the seller. The seller gave me the option to get troubleshooting instructions or a return for a full refund. I had already done the troubleshooting, so I selected to return the item. To return you would need to take it apart and repackage it in the original shipping packing which I had already disposed of. I did not want to return it and requested a replacement part in the notes. Someone read the note and responded that the part would be shipped to me. Their representative (Amy) followed up with me multiple times with the status of obtaining the part from the manufacturer. It did take a couple of weeks, but I did get the part and it worked. You have to appreciate a company that stands behind its product and is responsive. ... show more

I get a lot of compliments on the fireplace from friends and family. It was easy to put together it took less than an hour. The only thing is it is higher than a normal coffee table. I will have to see how it lasts and having it outside.

The product is very badly made, cheap and thin layer of paint, i am sure it will be rusty in no time. I want to return it and found out that they want me to pay for return shipping of this big and heavy box. First they sent bad quality product and then want to make me pay for the return.     • YOU SHOULD KNOW THIS BEFORE BUYING!!

This fire pit table is beautiful and easily put together. I reduced the rating by two stars because the gas line immediately cuts (off which stops the fire) upon the release of the on/off knob even while in the “on” position. We tried troubleshooting it which included holding it in the “on” position to allow gas pressure to build as well warming the internal parts. I did not want to go through the process of returning it so I had my husband modify it. I do not recommend doing this. My spouse is an experienced electrician. He removed a spring from the knob that is supposed to be a safety mechanism but it is a bad design as it immediately springs forward closing the gas line off. Going forward, he will have to turn the propane tank off as opposed to simply turning the knob in the “off” position to ensure no gas is flowing. Any modifications that require circumventing a safety mechanism just to get the product to work is, in my opinion, worth disregarding the product for something better. ... show more
