The media could not be loaded. I have been wanted to buy a fireplace for our gazebo, but the ones that I liked were 4,000+ . I never thought I could get something this beautiful and good quality for less than 500. It is tall and strong, I was thinking of using vinyl stones to add a more rustic look but It looks great this way, so for now I will keep it this way. The assembly of the middle part was easy but the two sides table not so much, there is a tiny “P” piece that would not fit, but I did my best and just inserted some of the screws, not a big deal. When you assemble those tables do one side first, then the other side, if you don't do it this way it will be hard to attach the last two pieces, take a look at the instructions, the last couple of pages. Be ready to spend at least 3 hours but the end result is worth it. I will test it this weekend and I will try to update this review, if I don't then everything went well. Not thinking of that expensive stone fireplace for now, maybe in a few years. Good luck and don't think about it and buy it before prices go up. ... show more

I'm extremely satisfied with the purchase of this outdoor fireplace. Previously, I ordered the same model from Home Depot and unfortunately received a damaged unit with visible rust and scratches clearly a used product sold as new. In contrast, this seller provided an exceptional experience: not only was the price $400 lower, but they took extra care by opening the box prior to delivery to ensure it was in perfect condition.     • AMAZING PRODUCT/DIFFICULT INSTRUCTIONS

The media could not be loaded. The material and overall quality of this chimney fireplace are 100% amazing and extremely well made. That said, the instructions were astronomically difficult, not transparent, and the assembly was very complex and particular. The chimney parts must be screwed together from the inside rather than the outside, which makes it very easy to make mistakes if you are not extremely careful. Due to the lack of clarity in the instructions, I ended up installing the door frame upside down and ultimately decided not to fix it because of how complex the build process was. The doors still hook on and function, they stay closed properly, but when opened they come off the hinges because the frame is upside down. Despite this, the fireplace still works exactly as intended. It is definitely not as easy to assemble as stated, and the confusion starts immediately with the instructions. However, once assembled, it is absolutely worth it. We have had more than three bonfires since getting it this past November, and it has been excellent for family get-togethers. The quality and durability are outstanding, and even when using a very small amount of lighter fluid with natural wood from my backyard, it burned extremely well and did not melt at all, which shows how good the material truly is. Overall, despite the difficult and unclear assembly process, it is well worth the money and every penny. ... show more

    • Cheaply made - get what you pay for
The assembly was generally smooth. Cheap components. Probably would benefit from a way to vent but not knocking it on that issue. The doors are cheap and won’t close properly. Looks okay but it’s definitely consistent with the price point.

We absolutely love our new outdoor fireplace. It comes with the ash tray and grate to hold the logs. We were going to pay 5k to have the patio guy build one on the wall, instead we decided to give this one a try and save 3k. It has met all our expectations and has been used daily since it arrived. It is very heavy so you will need someone to help you lift it to set it up. Easy to set up and very solid. Looking forward to enjoying many ourdoor fires with our family & friends. One thing to note though... don't store wood underneath the fire area, only store it on the sides. The ash tray dropped some lit ashes onto Logs below and they caught fire. Avoid it by not putting wood underneath the center area. ... show more

This fireplace looks nicer online than in person. I received 2 boxes that had damage to them. I attached a few picture of dented items (although did not all of them). I was able to bend them back some to get them to fit where it was supposed to. That alone should speak volumes on the type of quality of material used. The "counter surfaces" looks like a cheap sponge painting (see photo), which I would prefer a uniform color would look better. It was easy to put together and just takes time (not difficult though). In addition, it didn't even rain just dew and the item is already rusting. VERY DISAPPOINTING. I wish I would have bought the more expensive option offered my Sunjoy. I believe this one falls quite short based on cost. I wish I could send the item back and upgrade to the more expensive option. However, dissembling and returning for shipping would cost a fortune. I am quite disappointed. I would not recommend this item. ... show more
