Good gazebo for the money you paid. Original package was missing few screws. Sent email to support. They sent new set of hardware. Had several rains already, holding pretty good. Gazebo is lower than I expected. Had to add few pavers bricks under the stands to raise it up. Not as durable as I hoped. Lighter than my old gazebo, so there is a wind concern. ... show more

I had a Sunjoy soft top gazebo that was great. It was damaged by a storm so i purchased a new one. It went together pretty easily and looks great. However the quality of materials has gone down hill, the metal frame is not undercoated or primed so the black paint comes off at corners to bare metal. The material for the canopy is very thin and rips very easily, which did not happen with the older version. Also they discontinued the model so i can't get a replacement so i have resorted to patching it. Sunjoy please improve your quality!! ... show more

We purchased the Hudson 11x13 model from Costco but it’s the same gazebo Amazon is selling here. Installation was easy with two people and only took a few hours. I’ve seen some of the complaints about “lower than expected” and “anchors not provided” but I think the documentation was very clear on the dimensions and the anchors were indeed provided. The parts are all clearly labeled as is the hardware. They even included spare hardware in case you lose something. It almost seems like all the reviews are bundled together whether they’re specific to the model being sold or something completely different so be advised. After a few months sitting on my garage, I was ready to install it. It took us around 3-4 hours to install for and assemble it, for two people that are comfortable working with tools. For the price sold at the time, it is worth it. What I wanted to point is that it doesn't come with all the concrete anchors and the one that it has are very short and hard to make it work, unless you have 100% perfect foundation. Had to run at HD to get some concrete nail and anchors to finish the job. It kind of stays stable, but if you weight on the posts, it does shakes. The top fabric kind of sags a bit especially on the long side. I haven't tried in a rain/stormy situation yet, but I do feel a bit worried if it will sustain any strong gust. ... show more
