I was pleasantly surprised when my SunJet Waterfountain arrived 4 days early. Assembly litterally took 5min. & was super easy! I will have to return at a later date & give another review since I've only just now set my fountain up for the 1st time but so far so good! The pump is very quiet, in fact the only sound I hear is the very tranquil & relaxing sound of the water flowing. The lights really add a beautiful, & warm ambiance. I added some plants around it to enhance the beauty even more and I wanted it just a bit taller no problem I just set it on a brick platform looks fantastic!! I have only had it on for a few hours and it is beautiful. It made a bit of noise in the beginning like the pump or something, but that has since stopped and it came early. It came before the event. I am so pleased with everything. Fingers crossed , it will stay beautiful forever!

Arrived securely boxed. All parts in box. Simple easy assembly. Nice fountain . A bit high priced but any more you get what you pay for. I had a simple issue, and the seller contacted me for any resolution of the slight issue. The customer service from these folks is beyond premiere. They were there until the issue was taken care of. Hassle free service. These folks stand behind their product 1000%. Trust me on this fountain, if you would find any issue during the warranty period, they would take care of it and best of all in a timely manner. They also sell after warranty parts if needed. Lights- pump etc. which is nice. I wish all sellers were as great as these folks have been. You will not be disappointed purchasing this fountain from these folks guaranteed. The fountain sits in a corner on the deck, nice and tall and really sounds pleasant. The fountain is just as pictured. The lights really do it justice ( Just wished upper bowl had a light in it then would be perfect). This fountain if cared for as it should be especially in winter months will last. Water removed placed inside during harsh winter months covered (this way it does not freeze and crack) This fountain if taken care of will give you lots of seasonal enjoyment.. Again, easy assembly and quick set up. Perfect for any addition to your deck décor. I hope to have this fountain for several summer seasons. Its all about the care of the unit. Very pretty once you put in just 1 rock on the first drop you’ll hear the noise change to a nice river sound. If you don’t then yes you do hear the motor. I put rocks everywhere just to make it nicer. Many compliments so far and inquiries. So far so good! My husband bought a timer to go with it so we run it dusk to dawn. He loves it so much he wants one now for our back yard. Maybe after a month or 2 we will. EDIT 07-12-23 so during winter we ran it to keep from freezing, we are in TX and didn’t really have a winter this year so I was surprised that the top lights stopped working in the first drop and the lights on the second drop have a couple of light out already. Water is still running so that is good but I wish all the lights would work as well…… ... show more

At first, I was excited for the item, however it began to malfunction soon after. The set up is easy but it leaks from the bottom tremendously. So the waterfall only works for a few hours before you have to access the leak and refill the water. It is not worth 200 dollars at all.
