Don’t waste your money. Obviously didn’t expect a magnificent real stone fountain for $350, but out of the box the top level fountain didn’t flow much, we adjusted the pump, water level, hoses, and thought maybe we just needed to give it a little time to get going. After one week, the top completely stopped, by three weeks, the next level didn’t didn’t pump, now water comes out of only one section, and it’s completely useless. By that point it’s out of the return/refund window so we are stuck with a completely defective $359 hunk of styrofoam. The seller communication is an automated chat and you can’t get to a real person for problem solving. Even if it had worked perfectly, it’s pretty cheap looking if you’re closer than 20 ft away. Definitely keep scrolling!

The media could not be loaded. The first purchase had a small leak and the seller immediately sent a replacement. The second had one defective led light and the seller immediately sent a replacement. The fountain is now working fine. While I’m never happy with product defects, sometimes things just happen. More importantly, in both cases the seller was quick to respond and quick to make good. The communication was excellent throughout the process. This level of customer service is almost unheard of in today’s environment and the seller should be commended for their dedication to customer satisfaction. We really like the fountain and enjoy the addition to our patio. In spite of the issues I would purchase from this seller again.

It came in. Some of the lights don’t come on only one waterfall works. The other ones don’t work so I need to return it. I sent it email to the warranty card that was on the label two days ago. No one’s responded. Can you please assist me. I’ll get this thing returned and get my money back.

Love the fact that it is made of resin instead of metal. No rust! But the soothing sound just isn’t there! Went on line and someone said to place smooth rocks in the water fall area and that made it much better. Also had one of the adjusting valves inside the back was leaking. I’ll see if I can get another one under warranty. Overall, I can see how this product would work well inside a building as there is no splash at all!
