Sundown is the cleanest, most additive-free brand i have found short of powdered calcium, which leaves a gritty feel no matter how you use it. however, with this brand, the difficulty is that the pills are much too large for me to swallow whole. but don't let that chase you off, because they melt quickly with heat, and the liquid contents then mixes easily into semi-liquids like soup or hot cereal. so i drop them into my morning oatmeal prior to cooking, and they disappear, leaving only a white tinge in the mix. their biggest problem is that so many folks like them that they are frequently out of stock. i solve that by keeping a good supply on hand to avoid ever running out, since i require a large dose of daily calcium to stay alive. i am an 80-year old who has been fighting this battle to obtain usable forms of calcium since i was a child, and this is the best kind i have EVER found for both effect and ease of use. ... show more

    • Have trouble with lid
The lid is busted on the bottle during delivery. I need a lid if the company could send one. I have been using this product for years and this is the first time the lid was busted. This is a great value. They are big but easy to swallow .
