This was rated as one of the best patio day beds. Although I love the look of it, it took me a decent amount of work and extra cost to get it comfortable enough for the family to want to use! I had to buy extra padding to add to the cushions..otherwise you could feel the wicker through the cushions. I also had to buy double sided Velcro so that the cushions wouldn’t slide all over. With the addition of those things and sprucing it up with the fun pillows pictured (purchased on Amazon), it is now a comfortable and nice addition to our pool setting. Loved this product so much I purchased 2! Very comfortable and beautiful once set up! I would recommend but tricky instructions. Only reason I give it 4 star's instead of 5 is because of instructions..2nd one was easier to assemble because we knew what to expect

I found this not terrible to put together by myself. The shocks are difficult to figure out, but otherwise fine. Lounger is very comfortable and is withstanding a direct sea breeze. So this has got to be the absolute worst piece of furniture to assemble I have ever purchased. When you have to move a piece to the opposite side just to make things fit, it's absolutely ridiculous. There have been very few regrets on my major purchases but this is one. The cushions are thin and the fabric stained and faded right away even though we put them away for the winter. It has been a little over a year since I bought this and I washed the cushion covers and it came apart. The hardware on the canopy is already rusting. I thought maybe I can use the furniture without the cushions but the wicker is not strong enough to stand on it's own. I tried to find replacement covers but to no avail. I guess I will have to pay a reupholster to get new covers! Although it is tempting to buy this due to the price it really is not durable to last outdoors. I’ve had this daybed assembled for about a week now & I love it. I see no problems with it so far but it took almost 8 hours to put together (2men). Directions were terrible so you’ll have to figure a lot out on your own where the directions fall short.

This is good quality for the frame. The directions suck with putting it together. You basically have to setup all the screws with the bolts first, then when you have the entire price setup, then tighten it, but it doesn't tell you that, so you get to the last peice and nothing lines up. This took 3 people 8 hours EACH to put together and caused a lot of swearing. Then you put the cushions on and sit down and find that the cushions are just horrible. The 4 pillows that come with this are just very uncomfortable to use. There is no cushion for the back, and the seat cushions provide no support, so sitting on this for a 2 hour movie will have all your joints aching before the movie is half over. Then it's 4 peices and using it as a single piece, everything moves around on you and next thing you know there's a gap between the back seat and the foot seat and your falling to the ground. This looks pretty and different, but they made this with the cheapest ever materials for the cushions, gave no thought for how to keep it in one piece and it's just not worth the price. I would have returned it, but they make you pay return shipping and I stripped 2 screws getting this together, so it's not coming apart.
